Everything about our stay at Gul Evi was warm and relaxing. Our hosts were very amiable, greeting us with freshly squeezed juice and Turkish delight, and helping us with our travel arrangements. The hotel itself is beautiful and interesting and the only items on which I did not grade the hotel "10" were due to the charms of a historic building. Our stay at this hotel (and our stop in Safranbolu) were really one of the highlights of our trip to Turkey.
