About Hotel Le Dune

exterior - night Hotel Le Dune exterior - night The sea-front hotel Le Dune is located in a wonderful position, in the middle of the Circeo National Park and Forest, close to the coastal dunes and the sea promenade of Sabaudia.

The property was built in 1969 and renovated in 2005, and it offers 77 bedrooms, a well-tended garden, a private beach with sun-beds and beach umbrellas, a restaurant, a bar, a meeting room, a miniclub for children in the summer and a fitness centre with Jacuzzi, sauna and gym. Everything for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The hotel is well connected with the main local street, guests can choose between staying in the relaxing hotel or visiting the artistic and natural places located in this area, such as the Grotta del Turco cave in Gaeta, the fine and white beaches of Sperlonga, the Ninfa Gardens, Fossanova Abbey, Monte Circeo and Terracina.

IMPORTANT: minimum stay of 7 nights with check-out only on Saturday required.

How to reach Hotel Le Dune

By car
From Rome and the ringroad GRA, take exit SS148 Pontina and follow the indications to Latina. After 23 km take SS Mediana towards Napoli. Take exit Sabaudia and turn right in via Migliara 53, that will lead you to Sabaudia. The hotel lies on the sea promenade.
From highway A1 and Frosinone, exit at the junction Frosinone, turn right on SS156 and left on SP Marittima II, in the Terracina direction. Continue on via Migliara 53, that will lead you to Sabaudia. The hotel lies on the sea promenade.

By train
From the Priverno-Fossanova station (with connections to Rome's central station), take a bus to Sabaudia.

By airplane
From Rome's Fiumicino airport, take the express train to Termini central station and proceed by train, or by underground and then by coach.
From Rome's Ciampino airport, take the COTRAL bus directly to the Laurentina station and then the COTRAL bus to Sabaudia.

By coach
From Rome's Laurentina bus terminal in the Eur district, take the COTRAL bus to Sabaudia.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon, except in July and August when it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

For stays of more than 3 nights the private beach is included in the price, otherwise it costs from €15,00 to €40,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
