Great hotel with nice rooms. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and shops. An electric shuttle will pick you up from the parking garage and when you checkin your suitcases are dropped in your room. The hotel staff is even better. They'll do anything to make your stay a great experience. Tip: try the restaurant below the hotel. It has GREAT meat and cheese fondue.
Room Details
Hotel Du Glacier offers 40 spacious and comfortable guest rooms with separate sitting areas and ensuite bathroom facilities. Bathrooms come with a tub or shower, bathrobe, makeup/shaving mirror and hairdryer (select bathrooms also provide towel warmers). Comforts in each room include free Wi-Fi Internet access, cable TV, work desk, phone and complimentary bottled water. All rooms are non-smoking.Summer 2011: use of cable cars and Postbuses at Saas Valley are included in the room rate.

How to reach Du Glacier Hotel
By carPlease keep in mind that when you travel to Saas-Fee by car you can not use the motorway. You need to pass different passes (Lötschberg, Furka,...).
During Summertime you can drive over the passes without any problems and enjoy the great nature or alternative you can use the car train.
During the Wintertime the passes are not accessible and you have to use the car train.
Note: Some of the navigation systems do not recognize the car trains.

Take a train to Visp. From there, take the post bus directly to Saas-Fee.
