Cancellation Policy

Up to 21 days before arrival the rooms are free to cancel. For cancellations from 21 to 15 days before arrival will charge 3 nights each room. Cancellations from 15 days prior to arrival as "no show" and it will be dealt with effectively booked nights, per room (100% basis bed and breakfast) early departure and / or delayed arrival, as "no show" and will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
