The lady at front desk was kind but not very helpful. My wife and I had dinner at the hotel restaurant (Philippe Bohrer, michelin one star) but we had terrible food poisoning at night.

The décor in the room was a little dated and the bathroom in need of an overhaul too, but we were aware of this from others' reviews before we booked. Overall, excellent value for money. We took the option of having breakfast delivered to the room, which didn't cost any more than going downstairs to the buffet breakfast.
