Upon our arrival, the staff was very helpful in checking us in and directing us to our parking space within the facility. In addition, staff went out of their way to answer questions for us regarding tours, meeting points, and other high lighted areas. We had a wonderful experience in the dining room in that our German was limited and the young lady waiting on our table took the time to explain the entire menu to us in English. This was greatly appreciated.
