the room with view on the beach is beautiful but very noisy especially at nights with hotel surroundings and animations. impossible to sleep before midnight !

Location,Good! Service,Good! I was able to spend it very comfortably. If there was an air conditioner in the room, I was the best.

We had "superior" rooms which were just that - good sea views, corner balcony, quality modern bathroom. But the restaurant - no thanks, not our scene. The tables were so close together it was like a school canteen, and the food was consistent with that too. Whatever happened to orange juice from oranges in the country that grows the best oranges in the world? Why serve up sweet orange drink? And the bread rolls had either dried out or were stale, and the jam was the cheapest sludge possible.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after midday.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is not included in the price and costs €11,00 per night.
Extra beds are not included. Charges upon request.
In-room safe is subject to a charge of €4,00 per day or €18,00 per week.
Pets are allowed at a surcharge of €4,00 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of non arrival (no show) or not cancelleation a penalty of: 1 Night of the booking must be paid.
