When we asked for access to wifi connection the receptionist gave us a key to a room on 4th floor where we had to WALK up to - the room smelt very badly of cigarette smoke and when we logged on we realised that not only had the receptionist NOT told us which network to log on to, she had not told us the password EITHER and gave up - the room had many cables going across a floor, up walls and onto desk - presumably the broadband, all covered in lots of sellotape - very unsatisfactory. Breakfast poor, no tea or coffee making facilities in room.
