I was with my Daughter and 2 Grandchildren and we were very happy with all the facilities and in particular all the staff were most attentive and helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally good. We will be back.

This place should barely qualify as a 1 star! Not particularly clean (but surprisingly big) room. Beds were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Location okay, but you can do WAY better for the price. Also... Parking was tricky (but that's probably true for the entire town!).

Parking public juste derrière l'hôtel, bien pratique pour garer la voiture. Hôtel bien situé , tout proche du centre historique de la ville et d'un espace vert et pourtant assez calme.

Very nice hotel, very well situated in the center of Ronda. Cheap. Bufet breakfast for only 5 euros.

The carpet had multiple stains, and a throw rug to cover some stains was falling apart. The room and especially the bathroom, were cold. The bar offered internet service, but nobody seemed to have the right instructions for how to sign in. With the breakfast sign so prominently displayed in the lobby, I assumed the breakfast was included in the rate, but it was not.

The bathroom is the worst we stayed in Spain. The spigot is not firm and came off when used. The bathroom close the street but without curtain. Another issue is the air condition is poor, and made us freeze at midnight.

Hotel was a good location, parking easy, nice rooms. The only flaw was that the receptionist seemed to be on the phone on personal calls every time we went to reception. It was not that easy to get her to hang up and help us. (In fact usually she just put the phone aside while answering then went back to her call as soon as possible. She was friendly, just hard to get to speak to!) Otherwise good hotel.

First time in Ronda, a very nice village in Andalusian inland, excellent for a short stay. The hotel is quite in the town centre and has spacious non-smoking rooms. Nice buffet as breakfast. It does not have a private parking, but made agreements with one nearby. Don't miss a visit to Plaza de Toros, without time costraing and free to have a look all around it, including the core.

Nice small hotel with helpful English-speaking front desk staff. Light, airy rooms at rear side of hotel had no view but were peaceful. Our two rooms had a common little corridor separated from the main corridor by a door (not lockable), so we could move between rooms in privacy. No fridge/minibar in rooms so no possibility to store own cold drinks or snacks. Breakfast buffet was just adequate but I would have expected better - however, for the room price it is OK. Parking in the street is problematical (you can, however, unload luggage in fron tof hotel) but there is an underground parking hall beneath the nearby square and you if you pay at the hotel you get it at half price. Location is excellent, close to the Plaza del Socorro, the bullring and the main shopping area. Just a minute onwards and you find the fantastic view from the bridge - the location and setting of the two town halves is just unbelievable. It is worthwhile to take the path down from Puerto de las Molinos to the lower part of the gorge and look up at the bridge and town from below. The Palacio Mondragon is a must, beautiful patios and gardens. Arab baths also very interesting with good animation movie giving a good picture of the baths in the old days. Ronda is definitely very high on my list of must-sees in the world.

Hôtel peu chère pour la prestation correct. Petit déjeuner à revoir ou à prendre ailleurs. Pas de parking disponible mais stationnement facile à proximité de la ville. On ne parle pas Anglais dans l'hôtel Polo !

we feel that the quality/variety of the breakfast buffet was poor for a 3 star,we stayed in a 2 star in Nerja and Malaga and both had a superior choice to the Hotel Polo which had only sliced bread (brown and white Bloomer loaf),no rolls or croisants and only sugar frosties and cocoa pops as cereals.otherwise the hotel was fine

Nice older hotel, centrally located. We were there during Semana Santa (Holy Week). To our surprise, our room and balcony overlooked the procession. This was an unexpected bonus. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was wonderful, with an excellent bottle of local wine.

Great hotel at a very competitive price! We had a really large room with two small balconies and a large bathroom which also had a balcony, an amusing feature. The hotel is situated right in the center of the "newer" half of Ronda with only maybe three minutes walking distance to the famous bridge. In the lobby there was a free internet terminal.
