Only one complain. the unpolite and the arrogance of the head of breakfast room service. i think his name was UGO. very unpleasant and unprofessional. he is not good for a 4 star hotel. maybe he is good for work in a 1 star motel. If I was the director I would fire him. immediatly

Perfect hotel, very good price. Very difficult to find without navigator. Far from the center. But in 20 minutes by car you are in center.

We were absolutely horrified with such a hotel and its experience , we have been using venere to book or hotel's before but after this experience we are sorry to say tht we may have to look for other agencies .we had a very bad experiance with the hotel it was very very out of city the site mentioned tht it was jus 20 min from the city but it was falsely projected . We would never recomend this spce to anyone . Disgustfully jeremiah

Albergo decoroso, pulito anche se la moquette era macchiata, posto decentrato e tranquillo, essendo posizionato sulla cassia appena fuori G.R.A comodo cmq x raggiungere qualsivoglia destinazione. L'aria condizionata non si regola dalla propria stanza, è necessario chiedere di adeguare la temperatura alla reception. bagno con vasca, ma dagli spazi veramente contenuti. Le foto non corrispondono appieno allo stato della struttura. azzardato inserirlo nei 4 stelle. in compenso prezzo x il soggiorno veramente basso, prepagando la stanza, il costo è stato di 49 euro a notte, quindi rapporto qualità/prezzo direi + che buono.

Conoscevo già la struttura per averla visitata in un periodo in cui era associata ad altra "catena". Oggi si presenta forse ancora meglio poichè abbastanza rinnovata. Il condizionamento è ottimo, il silenzio pure. La colazione non è proprio da sballo ma accettabile. Qualche piccolo problema di parcheggio interno ma, all'esterno, non custodito, c'è spazio abbondante. In auto, si raggiunge Roma con facilità e celermente.

Eccellente struttura, gradevole l'arredamento delle camere. L'hotel non è adatto a chi arriva in Roma senza la propria auto. A soli 15 minuti dal centro in auto.

It takes about an hour to get to the hotel from roma termini station by train. The atmosphere and quality of the hotel is excellet. Food is excellent at very resonable price.

Very bad road to access the hotel

This hotel was one of the best that we found for the price - very clean, modern room with very white, clean towels and sheets, comforter appeared clean as did carpeting. We found the shower in the bathroom way too small. BUT, if you are planning a trip to see Rome, and you dont want a major hike into the Center, then dont stay here. This hotel is in a residential northern point of Rome with NOTHING to offer a tourist. I lived in Rome for many years so it was a perfect location for us as I drive everywhere. The only was to the Center is by train (station not far - 5 min car ride) or bus - stop on main street - about a 30/40 min bus ride, taxi - $50 one way. Otherwise we were happy here.
