Hotel located in a very quiet and green residential zone far from the traffic. Rooms not so big but very very clean. Staff very kind, everyone is always ready to explain how to reach monuments in Rome, restaurants, pizzerie, which bus to take and connections, bus station is just in front of the hotel (at reception they can sell you bus tickets without additional charges). Parking is enough spacious and included in the price. Very hard to find a 4 stars hotel at this price in Rome.

It was the worst stay of the 14 hotels that we stayed in on our 23 day trip to Europe. We liked the location and the room however when the group of teenagers who occupied several rooms up and down the hall from us started running up and down the hall slamming doors and yelling loudly to the other young people in the group we asked staff to talk to their chaperone to be respectful of other guests who might want to sleep... there was no change after a hotel staff talked to them... this went on until 11pm ... the next night was the same... on the third night it got worse and when we asked to be moved we where told that that would not be possible.. finally after we told them that we would have to leave to go to another hotel they moved us to their Quite section.. this should have been done the first night after our first complaint...Mixing a mature couple with groups of rude and disrespectful youngsters who where not properly chaperoned is poor business...

My room was smaller than expected and there was a decent amount of noise coming from the room next door. The towels in the bathroom seemed to be disposable. The computer provided by the hotel to access the internet was missing the "o" key. Breakfast was relatively good and the hotel was pretty clean and well kept.

A bit further out from central Rome than we thought, but bus access into city center was easy. First room they gave us had strong order of cigarette smoke but we asked to change and they got us better room, it took a bit of pushing though. A couple of the staff members were excellent, a couple so-so. Generally accomodations where what I expected but plan on 30-45 mins or more to get to and from Rome center and sights. Breakfast pretty good.

The hotel is very nice, service on reception and in restaurant also perfect. The hotel is a little bit far from center, but we always could receive information from reception about transport and never get lost. Service of our rooms was not so great, sometimes they just forgot to bring new towels, but very quickly they solved this problem when we asked. So it is very quiet place, much better then living in Rome center I think.

There is room for improvement for the service in relation to staff offering more info on sites to see in Rome. There was only one employee that was most helpful with questions and that was the female that was on duty during the day time. She was very resorceful and helpful. There is no internet access which is problematic. Upon arrival, the staff should give you an over view of services offered at the hotel. Guest should be given information regarding meals, bar, etc.

PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE ABSOULTLEY NOTHING LIKE THE ACTUAL HOTEL. NO MINIBAR, NO HAIRDRYER, AND THE STAFF IS ANYTHING BUT FRIENDLY. the location was awful. i would have rather stayed in a nicer place in the center for 200 euros more just so i wouldnt have to stay there again. we tried to leave and go to a different hotel that wasnt 20 minutes from the center like this one was, but the rude woman at the front desk wouldnt let us leave without paying the FULL PRICE. the breakfast was average but it certinally didnt make up for the AWFUL EXPERIENCE we had here. i would NEVER, EVER RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Not a very good choice. Not worth the price. The hotel is very far from the main attractions. A lot of time wasted on finding out transportation. The restaurant was expensive, there's only one choice of food which wasn't good. Only one waiter and he was kind of rude. No other restaurants nearby. They didn't change the sheets or the towels. The blankets smelled old. The shower had no pressure and it was, literally, about 3 square foot. If you drop the soup, forget it. The second day we didn't even have hot water. We left that day.

The room that I reserved was 80 euros and was not good. I ask for another room, they offered me a more expansive room 100 euros, it was better but they stopped the air conditioning during the night. Very hot.
