This Villa is an exquisitely decorated residence recently renovated by Anna Fendi, one of the five Fendi sister. With her special "estro" she transformed this already existing Villa from 1911.
The Villa sits in the middle of a peaceful botanical garden besides the Tiber River. It is located just 20 minutes walking distance from our famous Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps).Design Hotel, designed by Anna Fendi, designer of fashion house Fendi.

Located in the city center along the river Tiber. A 15-minute walk from Piazza del Popolo and 500 meters from the metro station Lepanto.

Here at one time there was a square (now lost) military exercises aimed at, hence the name "Weapons along the Tiber." Camped in this area Buffalo Bill with his circus on the occasion of his visit to Italy (some photographic evidence of this exceptional event, are now exhibited in the halls of the Ancient Greek Cafe) and always in this space was held in 1911 's exhibition to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the Unification of Italy.
Then a neighborhood marked by history, where there are some villas whose architecture is a mixture of Renaissance and Baroque architecture in the style in vogue in the first decade of the twentieth century. Among them, in its simple elegance Villa Laetitia, designed in 1911 by Armando Roman Brasini, one of the best authors of the "architectural season."
