The hotel is very close to the train terminal and is a good place if you are going for an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly our entire stay. The rooms are not modern, the walls are very thin so you can hear everything. The price of the room is fair but I would not stay again because of my small child, I need more comfort.

Needed a place just overnight on late arrival at Termini. Villa delle Rose was really close, which was important for tired single female at that time of night; my room was large with a large clean bathroom, overlooking the garden of some kind of institute next door, therefore quiet. Furnishings and carpets a little old fashioned and tired, but perfectly clean. Air con in working order, likewise TV. Staff were attentive and friendly. No idea about breakfast - I never bother in Italian hotels: you can get a very nice coffee and croissant for a couple of euros in most bars so that's where I head first thing. Would be suitable for a longer stay, especially if it's your first trip to Rome - close to transport connections.

Surprisingly nice hotel in the Termini Area. The surroundings very ok, Nice and spacious public areas inside and outside including a terrace. Open internet access in the reception area.Stayed in a spacious room with 3 beds. We were two persons. Easy to reach train, bus, Metro within minutes, as well as sight seeing buses. Nice coffeebar/restaurant nearby recommended by the hotelpersonal. Foodstore nearby. All in all a good place to stay.

While the public areas of the hotel were nicely presented, clean and spacioous, the opposite can be said for the rooms which were very small, a little smelly with bad decore and curtains. The room itself was very grotty. Could do with a lick of paint, new curtains and a good clean

Hotel Villa delle Rose was just what we needed in Rome. It's in a nice older building with high ceilings and a large lobby/lounge area. The outside garden area is a great amenity, if you have a moment to spend there or need a place to eat your carryout lunch, as we did. The location is very convenient for the train station. It's still a hike to many of the tourist sites, but there's always a lot of walking to do in a place like Rome, and most of it is pleasant enough.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just 20 mtrs from Termini Railwaystation. Our room was spacious and very queit. There is carpet on the floors wich is not very convenient for cleaning, although the room was clean, the shower could have used a thorough cleaning. The owner and manager of the hotel speaks like 4 languages fluently and is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was good. Over all a good deal.

We arrived late to the hotel from the train station, only 2 blocks away with good directions. We did not have clear directions (which we printed off the internet site) so we walked an additional 8 blocks stopping to ask numerous strangers for help. When we finally found the hotel (which didn't look to be in the best of neighborhoods), the elderly gentleman at the front desk did not speak much English and was not very friendly. We had a difficult time communicataing with him. Once we got checked in, we couldn't get an elevator after waiting a good 5 minutes so we carried our bags up 3 flights of stairs to our - not recommended after a long day. Come to find out the last person who used it had not closed the elevator doors after use which made it 'unavailable'. Our room had a small tub w/shower nozzle and no shower curtains so you couldn't stand...you had to squat to take a shower - not very comfortable. Fortuanely we were only staying one night. We would not stay here again.

Looks a bit old-fashioned and worn. Rooms have no fridge! I got a small room, not as spacious as on the picture. Next time I'll look for a better place.

Generally it was a very nice stay. Expensive partly due to the $/euro ratio. On the last night we had a ceiling leak and had to get out of bed and remake it with new bedding, that was not too pleasant. Hotel employees were very nice.

There were many hotels listed on the internet in the Roma Termini Station, but the reason I chose to stay at your hotel was because there was a map attached of the exact location of the hotel from the train station. Thank you.

Very conviniently located next to Termini Station and Metro. Our room was rather small, others in the hotel are larger. in general we can recommend the hotel though.

Unfortunately, they did not have a reservation for me when I arrived. Once I produced my reservation from Venere they provided a room for me. I was disappointed in the room. The floors and walls were very thin and the room was showing wear. The bathroom was not as clean as I hoped with a lot of mold in the shower. The public areas of the building and property were lovely. And the location was ideal, especially for train travellers.

While the hotel was as expected, the room was somewhat disappointing. It was small and cramped with little room for luggage. The bathroom was sorely in need of better towels and a shower curtain. It could also have been cleaner. Still the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable and the public areas were perfectly acceptable. While it is likely the going rate, the price seemed a bit high for the quality especially when compared with other hotels such as the Alexandra on the Via Veneto. cordially, wayne k. logsdon

I like this hotel very much. It's quite near from the Temini station (3 to 5 minits). Our room was so nice but the water pipe ( toilet ) was noisy. Staffs were very kind.

A pleasent hotel accomodation, near to the railway station and to centre of town (I need to be near to some Ministry (e.g. Agriculture. Hotel wellcoming is always kind and I never get problems not depending on time of arrival (often late in the night). Of course, surroundings are the surroundings of a raylway station and these are not so good in any town, but this do not depend on the hotel management!

This is a great hotel on a quiet street not far from Termini. Almost every aspect of our stay was great - the only problem was that hot water wasn't working very well during our short visit. But I'm sure it's been fixed since. We would certainly stay there again.
