We reserved triple room, but the room is small, and the CCTV cable is plug in in this room, the hotel staff always knock our room door to check the cable, so interrupt. Very noisy in surroundings, screaming, talking....

We had booked for a family room for 5 persons but they gave us a room for 4 and squeeze in an extra bed resulting in us having no space to move around at all. And we had to wait for some time to have them sort it out. Nevertheless the hotel staff were very friendly and tried to appease and accommodate our complaints especially the two new lady staff, reception and cleaner (forgot their names). The man attending to the night shift is a most helpful and kindly old soul. Breakfast is a measly croissant with coffee. The location is just across from the train station for the convenience of it all.

We were staying in Florence for 10 days, but wanted to take a quick train trip to visit Rome. The Viennese was perfect. The hotel is located directly across the street from the Rome train terminal and they kept our bags for us after checkout until we were ready to leave that following night. The room was tight because it was myself, my husband and our 2 grown children, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean.

Viennese doesn't meet our expectation: dirty walls, elevator doesn't work, room mess. Only has good location (roma termini very close).

We stayed two nights here; as a base for getting around and just for sleeping, it was very adequate. It is on the second floor, but there is a lift. We crammed 3 people in a room which was only intended for 2, but felt lucky to find a place willing to accomodate us at the last minute. Breakfast vouchers are given out for a cafe next door. The guide books say that the area is not the safest, but we felt quite comfortable walking to restaurants, etc., and it is extremely convenient for getting around by train, bus, and metro.

Ok hotel for the price you pay. Did not accept credit cards except with 5% surcharge. Asked for cash upfront in full payment. They did not issue receipt until the last minute when checked out 3 days later. almost missed our airport transfer as a result. other than that it was a good stay.

Hormis l'emplacement de cet hotel, rien de positif à dire. Une chambre minuscule , une salle de bain grande pas très propre, un petit dejeuner qui doit être pris dans un bar

Location is very convenient to the Central Train Station in Rome. The room we had was very small for 5 people, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect anything fancy, but a room to stay. I would recommend this place simply for location and an overnight stop to you other destination.

The room is nice (A/C, bath, beds, TV), although is small is comfortable and you have everything you need. Been close to the train main station is perfect, but the zone isn´t good at all.

The staff were very helpful and the room was well kept. We were 5 so the room was somewhat cramped. The hotel is well situated for getting around but the area around the train station is quite rough so being out at night is not a good idea. The hotel is situated on the second floor of a building so the reception is on the second floor. The exterior of the building is old and not well maintained but the hotel is very clean and modern. The staff worked very hard to accommodate us and make our stay a good one.

I must admit we were rather surprised at how small the hotel and the room was, but it all worked out great. The room was immaculate. Lina, Anna and Bruno were very accomodating and made us feel welcomed. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
