We stayed a week in the hotel late August and enjoyed it very much. All promises we read before are real and were kept. Nice, clean, spacious and quiet rooms, beutiful garden, good roof terrace with promised view. Nice, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast, no restaurant, but we found good ones around so we did not miss it. Probably best ice cream in city next door. Distance to city centre was no problem as coach service was available or even bus 118 served well and quick to and back. On the via Appia Antica as promised good link by car to Raccordo Annulare and to surroundings of Rome. Not just sightseeing but also excursions offer themselves easily. Advantageous either you arrive by car or by flight. We will surely come back when back again to Rome and suggest also to others. Best place to start the day and have a rest after a day in the city or on the beach. Wish them to keep quality and thanks for the nice stay.
