Very personal and welcoming reception personnel. The hotel team were most helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is ideally located, only a few minutes walk from the train terminus.Breakfasts were more than adequate.I would strongly recommend the hotel for a no frills good value hotel stay in Rome and would return there if in Rome again.

Lovely little hotel close to the Termini station and Ancient Roman sights. Small but very reasonably priced, with friendly, efficient and welcoming staff.

Bathroom and shower are really too small and uncomfortable. Room is a little bit dirty. Breakfast and location are good.

Simple hotel but very well located, near Coliseu and Santa Maria Magiore. There are pizzaries, grocery stories, coffe shops and bus stop nearby. 10am to check out is too early.

Great centrally located hotel. We travelled with 2 young kids (5 and 2) and found all staff at the hotel welcoming, we had a broken toilet seat on the second day and within an hour of mentioning it to the staff it was fixed. Place was clean and it's all you need after wandering the streets of Rome. My children loved Lawrence at the front desk and even though he didn't speak much english, they loved trying out their Italian. Not much space in the room, but air conditioning worked and it was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

The Hotel Verona is a very nice budget hotel with helpful staff. When you step out the door and look up the hill, you will see the picturesque Santa Maria Maggiore basilica. The hotel is very close to the train termini and taxis though also within walking distance to many historical sights. The breakfast each morning was more than adequate. Rooms were small but very clean. Great stay!

Our second stay provided an extremely smaller room with a very small shower stall.

Shower stall is very small and tight fitting. Rooms were smaller, but sufficient. It would be VERY nice if the hotel had an iron available to press any clothing that may have gotten very wrinkled during travel, in addition to having a valet service. This would be VERY convenient.

A very nice hotel, located in a very nice place too, especially if you need Termini railway station (which is important if you are going to travel more), and all the buses go from Termini, and if you are lost it's very easy to find any bus that goes to Termini. Rooms are very cute, not so spacious, but almost all Rome hotels in the centre have small rooms, but it didn't bother us. Breakfasts are good, they don't server champagne, but evrything necessary. Would recommend this hotel!
