I REALLY WAS IMPRESSED WITH THIS HOTEL. THE ROOM HAD A LOT OF SPACE WITH A VERY COMFORTABLE BED AND NICE FURNITURE. THE BATHROOM WAS OF A DECENT SIZE AND VERY CLEAN. THE ONLY THING WAS, A LITTLE BIT SHORT OF SOAP. THE BREAKFAST IS ALSO VERY GOOD, MORE THAN WHAT I NORMALLY HAVE, AND OF AN EXCELLENT QUALITY. THE LOCATION IS ALSO GOOD, BUT A LITTLE HARD TO FIND, SINCE MOST TAXIS CAN NOT ENTER THE STREET WHERE IT IS LOCATED, BUT I CERTAINLY WOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

We were not greeted in a very welcoming way. The man on duty was extremely unfriendly. He was very annoyed whenever we asked a question. He never smiled the entire five days we were there. We don't know his name. He is young, tall, dark hair. We think he works 3-11 pm. He made our stay very uncomfortable. The other staff members were pleasant. The hotel is in a convenient location. We were constantly disturbed by construction next door.

The elevator was very small, making it cumbersome to get in and out with a carriage for our baby daughter. I have an impression this is common in small hotels in Rome, so I will look for bigger hotels if I visit Rome in the future.

Location is perfect-tho there is no "view". The staff, and location near Piazza Navona and the Campo d Fiori, make up for that. We stayed 6 nights.

Some of the best staff I've come in contact with! The plaza outside of the hotel was under construction while we were there, so it was a bit more disorganized and noisier than we'd hoped, but everything else was very good to excellent.

The hotel was clean and well-equipped, and the staff generally very competent and helpful. The breakfast included in the price came a bit short of expectations though, as it was not very varied. As this was our first visit to Rome we appreciated the location of Teatro di Pompeo, near the main sights, public transport and good restaurants.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel, was great! Managerment was very friendly and morning management was extremely helpful. The location is great, so close to all the major sights in every direction. It's unbelievable, that hotel is so close to via del emenualle but you don't hear any noise. Campo Di Fiori, colosseo, trevi, trastevere, vatican; are all a walk or short bus ride away. When my wife and I go to Rome again, this is where we'll stay!
