This hotel is perfectly located. Awaking to the sounds of bells every morning was a real treat. The staff was excellent and the breafast was very tasty. Location location location... PERFECT for the foot traveler. Draw backs... I am 6'3" and the lift and shower were a real challenge. But this should be expected in a City such as Roma.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Rome, a couple of minutes away from both the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Our reservation at another hotel had fallen through but we think it was in our fortune to stay here. Excellent location and felt very secure with our belongings at the hotel while we wandered the streets of Rome. The room is smaller than your usual hotel but more than enough space for us with new modern furnishings. Wonderfully clean. Loved it. When we return to Rome, we will stay here again.

Good central location within walking distance of Centro Storico, shops etc. Street is busy due to proximity to Spanish Steps. The breakfast was substantial and the staff friendly. The price (90) seemed a bit steep for a small single room and I could hear the TV next door but I'd definitely stay there again if a less expensive option was not available.

Small but very nice. Everything about it seemed new - furniture, bathroom fixtures, woodwork, etc. The breakfast was good. The employees were accommodating.

Our double room was infested by ants. Another double room had the beds in the row instead of united. However the breakfast was fabulous. Another major point for families, the hotel doesn't have a parking in the nearby and therefore difficult to reach in case you have many luggages (as we had).

I don't know why we got this room so cheap! It was just great! I mean for that price! Everyone else, even the travelguide was telling us impossible to get a room in the center for under 100€. But there is was! I mean maybe the room wasn't in top form for the kind traveling there usually: some tiny spots on the wall an ant-street through the bathroom, some askew lamps and stuff.. But the bed was exellent, it was quiet, clean, airconditioned and in the very heart of the city!!!!

Very well located in Rome, within walking distance from all major sites. My single room was a bit oppressive (small, with only a small window high on the wall) but well equipped and decorated. Breakfast stops at 9:30 am, which is a bit early when you are on holidays and have been going out the night before... After a big frown when seeing me at the breakfast buffet at 9:40, the lady in charge kindly accepted to make a capuccino for me. But extending breakfast time to 10:00 would be appreciated ! Overall, and considering the price paid (50 euros per night for a single, breakfast included), this hotel is convenient and clean, and offers good value for money.

Carino e pulito.

Overall, we were very pleased. The rooms were small, but that's typical for Rome. The rate was pretty high, but October was peak season. The front desk staff was very helpful. Situated between Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, and safe to walk at night. Close location to the Hop On/Hop Off bus. Four of us stayed in two hotel rooms. There was a window in the bathroom, but the only other "window" was a door, which led to the roof (we were on the 3rd floor). We didn't want to leave the door open at night, so turned on the air conditioning, but it wasn't a very strong unit, and was not working in one of our units, so our rooms were stuffy. Nice restaurants nearby, and a fabulous breakfast arranged each morning with a wonderful woman (Rita?) providing tea/coffee service.

We've been to Milan, Venice, Assisi, Rome and Paris and we've used venere.com to book all the hotels. Sierra is the only one we would not choose again. First the good things. VERY WELL LOCATED! An excellent breakfast! And some of the staff people, particularly Silvestre, were very helpful. On the other hand we were assigned to room 104. You don't wanna stay there... it looks and smells old. It is tiny and its window opens to a dark internal patio. It must remain closed all the times. A picture on the wall stated that the costa was E 180, and we paid E 190... Next time I will look for another hotel in the same area.

The value of this hotel is its location and the nice and friendly staff. The rooms were extremly small ans not very nice. Only Italian TV-channels and poor breakfast. The owners dog had left excrements at the reception and all ower the breakfast room. Not very nice.

Hotel Siena provided everything I needed for this sightseeing trip. Convenient location--a few minutes' walk from both Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, a super market and post office just around the corner. Most of reception desk personnel was always in good mood and eager to help. If you were asking for a spacious room or a bath tub, you can find it elsewhere with more money. Hotel Siena has something money cannot buy.

Il mio soggiorno è stato ottimo. L'unico appunto è che ho ricevuto la conferma della mia porenotazione oggi 14 luglio per il soggiorno effettuato a febbraio. Di questo sono esterefatto.

Great location for access to all of central Roma, although it was initially somewhat difficult to find. Very courteous service. The room was in great shape with enough space for minimal time spent in the room. I really enjoyed my stay and would consider returning to Hotel Siena upon a return trip to Roma. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Siena.
