Great value for price. A quick walk away from the bustle of Termini with all the convenience. Sufficient bathroom facilities, if a bit tight. Air conditioning! Super friendly staff. A good Italian breakfast. Will definitely return.

The hotel is very near to metro station but away from shopping areas or the city centre. It has a good value for the money paid although it needs renovation of bathrooms.

We needed a cheap hotel for one night during our city trip to rome. For this occasion, Saint Martin was perfect with its 24h-reception and triple-rooms. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was also in a relatively good condition, so we had everything we needed. Only the breakfast was very poor, with only a small croissant and some slices of rusk. However, the cappuccino was excellent ;-)

quite close to termini central station, supermarket on the other side of street. stay away from room 336, it's dark and uncomfortable! breakfast is always coffee, cornetto and biscuits with marmelade and butter.

El hotel es aceptable de acuerdo a los precios de Roma. Pero, la atención es la peor que he recibido en mi vida. No recomendaría este hotel ni a mi peor enemigo

Stayed in Rome for 1week. This hotel was perfect. Was easy to reach all the main sites, easy to get back to for an afternoon siesta. Very spacious and had good facilities. Would recommend.

I do not recommend this hotel... Hotel has a weird smell. Receptionists are unfriendly. Breakfast is included on the price but it is nothing special (coffee and a croissant). Price is a bit expensive for the quality of rooms and service they offer.

It exceeded my expectations for a 1star hotel, It was a decent sized room, comfy bed and bathroom with hairdryer. Downside was the whole room had tiled floors and therefore was a bit cold as well as the area (by a main road and major train station) was a little noisey and the hotel walls were a bit thin. The hotel staff were polite and friendly, the breakfast was a pastry and a coffee but nice, fresh. And they let us leave our bags after we checked out. Note that there is only a tiny lift that wasn't always working and 10 flights of marble steps.

Les habitacions estan força bé però l'edifici des de fora deixa molt per desitjar, és un edifici molt antic i no gaire ben conservat.

The front desk woman wasnt very nice or helpful. She acted as if my questions were wasting her time. One of the other night time employees, I believe his name was David, he was super nice and very helpful. The location of the hotel is very sketchy especially around the plaza di independenzia.

When making the reservation, i marked a few questions which were not replied to by email nor by telephone. In het bathroom, although we had a tripleroom, towels were only for 2 persons. Towels were in poor condition, thin and not absorbing. But the overall, we enjoyed our stay. In the future i would consider to stay here again but with under slightly better conditions. (And Rome is fantastic!)

Hotel St. Martin was good. The room was small but clean, and the staff was friendly. The location is fairly good - it's just a 5-10 minute walk from the Roma Termini train station, but on the outskirts of the city. I would recommend it as an adequate lodging, convenient for its proximity to the train station.

The hotel is not good enough for three stars hotel, we arrived late because of the train strike but we had aready telephoned to them before, when we arrived they told us that the hotel was full and will send us to another hotel, we did not agree and spent a lot of times to explain at last they give us the room which is too small as well as the baht room.

We have a bad experience with this hotel, when we were in Rome on 20 June we already went there 4 days before to confirm that we will come on 24 June because of the Train strike, and on that day we had telephone to them that we will arrive late, but when we arrived at the hotel they told us that the hotel was full, and they will send us to another hotel, but after disgustion for half an hour they okay give us the room which is as same as we reserved, so we do not understand why they have to tell a lie to us.

Don't expect too much from this hotel. You get what you pay for. But if you're in Rome, you won't be spending too much time in your hotel room anyways.

It is not suitable to call this place a hotel. To rate it with 3 stars is an insult to the stars. It doesn't classify to hold even 1 star. The place caters to young people who sit outside in the corridors the entire night screaming and drinking, the noice is extreme and the hotel staff takes no notice. The noice from the young partygoers made it very hard to sleep. The TV did not work in any of the two rooms that I lived in and the lamp was also out of order. I asked for a new lamp bulb, as I could not read in my room in the evening, but I got none. There were no shelves in the dressing cabinet, so I had to leave my clothes in the suitcase and no table to put my suitcase on, so I had to bend down every day. I am 72 years old with the troubbles of old age. When I left the premices, the staff on duty had not been informed that I had payed my bill and seemed suspicious wheather I had really payed. It was very unpleasent. I can not reccomend this place to anyone.
