For a good price (EUR 78 in June) you get a simple hotel room, with a decent breakfast buffet (ham, cheese, cereal, coffee, pastries, bread). The room was on the small side, the decor a little bit outdated, and the TV was very small (all programs in Italian). The staff was friendly, but not the most efficient (I asked for the safe to be fixed, but in 3 days they never did it). The hotel is not in a touristic area, but it is a 10' from the Bologna Metro station. This is a plus. The area surrounding the hotel is safe, but not very attractive. Overall, a good value.

It was a nice hotel. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood. We were lucky with having a balcony. Otherwise the rooms would be a little bit small.

The Hotel is as described but the Metro Station is far from the Hotel expecially if you have some luggages. Rome is always Rome.

Poor internet connection, but at least its free. Parking is not of the hotel, is from the community surrounding. Difficult to get a place, even if you ask for it in advance. Metro station is +500 mts. away, not as close as they say. But for Rome, its a cheap fine hotel.

Staff was kind of weird, I had to ask several times for the WiFi settings and they gave me them only after insisting. And worst, the connection was almost useless, I mean, I only wanted to consult my emails, lucky for me someone in another building had an open connection and I managed to consult my email. In the other had, the hotel is located in a nice and quiet residential area and about 10/min walk from Metro station and close to avenues with buses (actually I did not see any other hotel in the area). The breakfast was just ok.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. The facilities were great and so was the breakfast. However, the problem is the reachability to the hotel. The map is not very clear and the guidelines to reach the hotel provided in the mail are not conclusive. They can probably give clearer instructions to reach the place. The area is lonely, and occasionally noisy due to the metro construction work going on behind the building.

Location was OK. About 1KM from the train station so convenient to tourist area. The rooms smelled. The toilets smelled bad. A little noisy, as garbage pick-up in the area was between midnight and 1 AM. Breakfast at the hotel was good.

I found the desk staff, Victor (and the other whose name I can't remember) to be friendly, helpful and professional. This also refers to the 'house cleaner', Roberto, a great bloke who took his job seriously and tried to help me be comfortable wherever he could.

I've been there for 7 days. This is a perfectly clean hotel, maid service is excellent, breakfast is so good. Staff are friendly, sorrounding is not that good, quiet though and there are good restaurants around.

The hotel was nice and with ok breakfast, good internet connection and english speaking staff. It was not so close to the metro station or buses as we had understood, but there were some nice restaurants and a pool in the block which was nice.

The webpage on Venere.com lists that the hotel has access for disabled people, but there is no elevator. When I reserved the room, I made a note saying that I had someone disabled travelling with me. It was very difficult for him to go up and down the stairs. I wish someone had emailed me from the hotel to tell me there was no elevator. However, other than that, the hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel is on a side street in a quiet neighborhood, but only a 10-15 minute walk to the Metro station. I felt safe walking back at night. The hotel's employees were very kind and helpful. I would definately stay there again (but not with my handicapped friend :) )

This is a three-stars hotel, but better in quality than the great part of four-stars hotels in Rome: clean, quiet and with an ecellent relationship between price and quality. The sole remarkable defect is the lack of reserved parkings for cars, but very near the hotel there is a public low-price garage (ask to the reception). Besides, the internal acustic insulation of the rooms could be improved, but it's no bad. Close to hotel a visit to the S.Costanza Church and to Villa Torlonia are recommended.

Non vicinissimo al centro ma è una buona scelta per il rapporto qualità/prezzo dati i prezzi medi delle stanze a Roma. Semplice, pulito e comodo.

A very good and clean hotel near Piazza Bologna. Everything seams to be quite new and staff was very polite. Stayed there for three nights and haven't got any complaints about the accomodation. The whole hotel is air conditioned. Breakfast was ok, italian style. To go to the center you can catch a bus (nr.61) which stops almost in front of the hotel and it takes around 25 min to Piazza San Silvestre. Piazza Bologna and the Metro Station are a 10 min walk away but bus Nr. 61 also passes by. So at the end.... a very good and bargain option to have some nice days in Rome.
