The hotel is centrally located on a side street but near to transport. The room was comfortable and well presented. There is a good restaurant next door.

the staff is very nice and respectful. always friendly. for the location, it is very quiet. one night was extremely loud in the bar downstairs and the front desk said he did not hear anything. the rest of the staff are the nicest staff i have known. the woman gives excellent advice and is genuine. the afternoon man nice. but the evening young boy a little too bothersome for wanting me to call him and trying to kiss me. also, the shower needs additional curtain bacause one does not reach to keep water in the shower.

Es imposible dormir con el ruido de afuera (por el tráfico de las motos y por el ruido que hacen los clientes del Bar de al lado) el hotel se ve viejo, triste, deprimente, la decoración de los cuartos es... la verdad no hay decoración de ningún tipo y la ropa de cama se ve horrible, no hay internet, lo de la tv satelital es mentira ya que ni siquiera los canales nacionales se ven bien, hay basura en los alrededores del hotel, el personal pasa desapercivido, es decir no es bueno ni malo y en cuanto al precio es excesivamente caro para lo que ofrece, me parece que en italia en general los hoteles son una mierda, parecen pensiones o moteluchos de mala muerte a precios de hoteles de cinco estrellas, yo lo más que pagaría por hospedarme en ese hotel sería unos veinte dolares por noche y no ciento cincuenta euros.

not pretty, beds not great, but provides for an adequate night sleep. the desk clerk seemed new and pretty un-informed. when i checked out, they made me sign a receipt saying that i was offered the choice to pay in euros or dollars at their conversion rate plus > 2% comission. i said i hadn't been offered that and i wanted to pay in euros. they said i can't pay in euros with a credit card. i pointed it out that it says i can on the receipt they had me sign and they said that's wrong. however, all other hotels in italy allowed me to pay in euros with my credit card. i was not happy with this. that said, the hotel is very well located and within walking distance of a metro stop and many sites, restaurants and shops.

4star hotel with 3star rooms and furniture. Pretty clean, but a awful shower corner. Very small the single room. Poor choice in TV channels.

staff very kind and helpful, good welcoming price seems a bit high compared to the level of comfort and size of the room. But maybe justified by very good situation of the hotel in the center of Rome (easys access to all main points of interest in the town) Rooms are noisy : noise from the street and from other rooms (+ works in the neighbouring building during our stay)

A really friendly hotel, staff were very obliging and pleasant. Rooms were very good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast area could do with a facelift. Great location for sighseeing and shopping - everything's within walking distance. Overall, excellent value as Rome hotels go.

It's an expensive 4 star hotel that I'm not quite sure where they got the 4th star from. It is in a great location, however, 2 blocks away from Trevi, 2 blocks away from Spanish Steps, about a block away from the subway (MetRo) station.

Scaffolding prevented us from opening the window. The hotel although clean and art deco in style is situated in a rather seedy alley which was difficult to locate.

Nice hotel. Street not very nice but location very convenient to heart of Rome. Small room. Friendly staff.

Take this hotel only in case you can't find a place aniwhere else. No services, no customer care, terrible breakfast.

Breakfast was simple and generally not very filling. Location was superb everything was nearby. Generally a good hotel and would recommend it.

The staff could not have been more helpful! We received great restaurant recommendations from the friendly personnel at the front desk. Nice breakfast. Great location – less than a 5 minute walk to Trevi fountain and less than 10 minutes to Spanish Steps. The room was much bigger than we expected based on previous trips to Rome
