The Locanda delle Corse Hotel's restaurant Salvi, also known as Trattoria delle Corse, is one of the oldest restaurant of Rome and it is managed from over 50 years by the Salvi family.

At the end of 19th century, the restaurant was a dining retreat for people who were looking for a rest during the horse rides at the hyppodrome. Today, the ancient flavours, the traditional dishes of the Roman cuisine and the excellent wines are served in the same way and ambience. At the restaurant, guests will also enjoy pizzas and sweeties for all tastes.
