It´s a long way with bus to city center of Rome. Specially in rush hours it takes a long time and the bus it not always coming on time.

Loved the small outside patio - great for breakfast (which was good) - third bed in triple was extremely uncomfortable - beds in general were a bit hard - pillows too. Directions to hotel too vague - wandered dragging our luggage until we found a hotel we could ask for better directions. Staff was friendly, great restaurant recommendation. Location was quite far from Rome sites, though, long bus ride...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find by bus from Termini and I found it easy to get to the sites by bus (15-20 mins). The neighborhood is more of a real Roman neighborhood, not at all touristy which I liked. There is a small store next door for snacks and drinks, there is a larger grocery store about 1/2 a block away should you want to have a picnic dinner on the pretty patio. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The only negative at all was that because of the tile floors, noise traveled at night sometimes. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I would stay here again, wonderful place to stay, especially for the price, in Rome.

It was a nice property with a typical continental breakfast buffet. There was some stores and a gelateria nearby. Very good connections by bus, which made it easy to reach the Vatican, Trastevere (for restaurants and the station for airport-trains), Piazza Venezia (for the Capitol hill and the old Rome). The pressure in the shower was a bit poor. But the air conditioning was good, and there was a refrigerator in the room. Overall good, and especially considering the price.

It was a little difficult to locate from the bus station, make sure to find it on a map before you walk there from the bus. Its located about 30 to 45 min trip on the bus outside the main city area. This was great though to experience a little bit of italy not overrun by tourism. The room was very nice, breakfast was typical, but nice, staff was great, and there are a few really good locale places to eat within walking distance. (Try the gelatto place around the block) I would recommend this place to a friend!!

OK for the price paid, if you are looking for something better than just somewhere to put your head down for the night then look elsewhere. Room ok but smelt of damp. Poor quality bed linen and towels, mine had holes in. Breakfast good, location good. Wouldnt stay here again, would prefer to pay a little more and go elsewhere.

The free internet worked well - but only after a very clever girl who worked at the hotel typed a bunch of IP addresses into my computer. Breakfast was...okay. I recommend getting there early if you want to have a hard boiled egg. Otherwise it's croissants and some sweet bread. Staff was nice, it was quiet, there was a grocery store nearby (not the best quality stuff there), and the room was pretty decent. Bus rides into the city were about 30-45 minutes, but simple and convenient for us. It was a good little place.

We were very happy with the welcome and service offered by the hotel. It was difficult to find initially but then we found it to be quite well connected to the public transport system. First reaction to the rooms were 'small and what are those black marks on the celings'? This later became 'here we are back in our cosy rooms'. Staff were always on hand to give information about events or directions. Only once was the info wrong...there were no bus services after midnight on New Year's Day in spite of what the email from the Commune di Roma stated (hardly the hotel's fault )....Parking for the cars was adequate and right under our hotel window. Breakfasts were pleasant and filling and, even though we had to pop out to get to the dining room, this wasn't a problem as it gave us a chance to assess the day's temperatures and possibility of rain. The hotel was warm and we felt looked after in what was a very wet and cold three days at New Year in Rome. The hotel made a special effort with decorations and even gave us a complimentary small Spumante which we popped at midnight in the centre of Rome.

I was quite impressed with the standard of this accommodation compared to the price, also I was given a 5% discount for paying cash. This hotel was a short bus ride from the Vatican consequently I was surprised at how cheap the surrounding restaurants were.

Most of all I like the quieteness of the place.Price quoted is a bit higher than expected. Yet I can get back to the place again on my next visit to the city. Best to get familiar with a cosy hotel like this

Rapporto qualità prezzo senza rivali. Lautissima colazione al mattino e poi a 10 minuti di bus dal centro tutta la possibilità di girare il CAPUT MUNDI. Stanze un pò strettine ma basta un pò di organizzazione!

The room was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 children. The area is quiet. The breakfast was rather poor (plastic sealed biscuits and croisants), if one considers that a bakery is 200 m away. We recommend to take the bus H from Termini station to get to the hotel, if one arrives from the city, because the station of bus H is close to the hotel. Most hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, except for one east european lady, who requires more service mentality.

Easy access to the bus into Rome (12-15 minute ride to the Vatican). They let us park our car inside their locked gate. The quad room was a Queen bed and two bunks.

Though the B&B was much further from Rome than we had expected, it was true that a bus ran often and the ride was around 20 minutes to the city -- so all in all it was a convenient location for someone staying in the suburbs of Rome. The manager was very helpful and the breakfast was varied and had plenty to choose from.
