The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly but I would never stay here again. The rooms were small and you pay for AC. Breakfast literally consists of tiny bread rolls and croissants. The toilet in my room was not working(disgusting) and when I let the man know he came over to fix it, which he really didn't do. he said "okay it's fixed" and it was still not working. When he came into my room he cared more about how high my AC was rather then the problem with the toilet. The greatest thing about this hotel, which is the only good thing is that everything is about 15 mins away by metro. Literally so close to the Colosseum, Spanish steps, trevi fountain etc.

we stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The staff was pretty nice, but the room was stinky and old, and wifi internet was freaking slow. I have experience in travelling in Rome, so I was not surprised this time. Everytime we go in a hotel near Termini station, the prices are hell high and the rooms are horribles. On the second day the toilet broke and I insisted to have the room changed. The second room was better, but still I will not go to this hotel anymore, neither would I recommend it to somebody.

I would recommend this nice friendly well run hotel, I travelled with my 11yr old daughter, the location is safe and easy walking to get to termini main station also to repubblica station to get to all major tourist spots. You can easily walk to some. we loved it here.Room was very small but was all we needed bed was comfortable and shower was great which are the main things after long days being a tourist!

We took a room with a double bed for me and my wife. We are not the kind of persons who spend much time in the room; the room was covering all our basic needs with good view from the two windows of the room. General speaking the room was a good value for money and its location close to termini station give it extra advantage.

Hotel in a great location nearby the main train station and surrounded of good restaurants. However, cleaness is the mininum you can expect from a room you would stay and they have A LOT to improve. Another downside was the we were withouth water for a whole day! Rooms and facilities OLD, OLD and OLD. I understand that we can't expect fresh and new buildings in the center of an acient city like Rome but the the whole hotel was falling apart. Really don't recommed!

This hotel is well located close to main bus line that services most tourist attractions. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the premises.

For a cheap hotel it had everything we wanted and was perfectly Ok. We didn't neeed to spend long in our room as we were out and about. Staff made a good suggestion for dinner that was close by. It was close enough to walk although may be a bit far for some.

Our first impression was awful- tiny lift, very smoky reception, tiny and tired looking room with no air conditioning. However, the place was clean, the sheets were immaculate, the people were friendly, the view was very good (over tree tops towards distant buildings), the area was reasonably good (right next to the British Embassy, although quite far from tourist spots, although buses were available), and the smokiness in the reception disappeared, a fan was provided in our room which was enough (and we used the stairs). If they dropped the price a bit more and I needed somewhere cheap in Rome, I would use again, but the Euro/GBP is not the best at the moment. It was mainly used for business travel- not surprising as the area around is more financial/ government than tourist sites. There are some better, but probably more expensive, hotels in the area.

The hotel is well located, just 10 minutes walking (slow walking) to Termini Station... Staff was absolutely charming, they speak both English and Spanish. The breakfast is not much but is very nice. BEWARE of taxi drivers!!!! not all of them but some of them are just looking to make profit from tourists...

The hotel's location is excellent, relatively near central train station, but public services (metro, buses and taxis) are not near and not easy to find. The surroundings are very quiet. Breakfast could be improved. Staff and general services are quite good. It's important to take into account that the property is a very old building, improved to offer hotel services. Rooms are clean but a little dark, even during the day. Bathroom is small, with a very small shower.

Hotel Harmony is close of metro stop Castro Petrorio around 200 metres. For the money i paid the service its normal . My only one complain its inside bathroom there wasn´t soap and in 5 dyas of our stay anyday they didn´t change sheets¡¡¡¡. Room was spacious and matress a little bit quite hard¡. All nights we spent there were very hot weather ,and inside room there wasn´t air aconditioning¡¡¡, only in corridor of the floors. However the receptionist people are very kind most of them . In spite of price was a little bit cheap, i don´t think so we will come back that hotel. At last , around the hotel there some good restaurants for dinner. I recommmend you one called babbo´s , it´s wondeful and not too much expensive¡¡¡¡
