Hotel H10 Roma Città - Rome

This hotel upgrades a low budget stay to a 4 star hotel experience in everyway! Amazing facilities and the location was not an issue for us as toursit who are not on business (there is a free shuttle and a local bus that works until 12:00, also its very close to nightlife hotspots and a taxi will run you 10-15 euros). My only tiny complaint is that staff seem to not be allowed to help much with tourist information. They will help you with getting around but will only recite touristy recommendations when asked a question like "Where do Romans go out to Friday night.". In short, if you do your research in advance (there is free internet + a free computer station in the lobby) this hotel goes for 5 stars with our stay! Thank you, and see you in our next visit, H10!

Even now in December, Rome is a very busy city and I liked to stay a bit outside over night. The area around the hotel is great, just like a living area with all the shops one needs. Great!

If you want a clean, friendly, full-service hotel in a quiet neigborhood, then H10 is your place. The hotel shuttle and 170 bus line provide easy access to the tourist attractions when you want them, and the rooftop pool offers a refreshing break from the summer heat and crowded sights.

New, clean hotel nice modern room and bathroom. We especially enjoyed the swimmingpool on the roof after a hot day in rome. Shuttle service was fine, but not necessary. Bus 170 a 5 minute walk away went frequently into the centre of rome and termini station, or transfer on tram 8 at trastevere station (every 3 minutes) to the old part of trastevere and banks of the tiber. great time.

Our stay at Hotel H10 Roma Città was very pleasent. Although the surroundings are not beautiful, the hotel is very well situated and connected to the centre and other areas in Rome. The hotel was nice and the room clean. We would definitely rebook the hotel in the future.

This was my second trip to Rome. First time I stayed at H10 Roma Citta. Very nice and very very CLEAN hotel. It's a new hotel, but it's not located in the centre of Rome, you need to take the local bus (170). The distance from the historic centre by bus is approx. 20 minutes. Shuttle services for free transportation to the historic centre are also provided by the hotel 3 or 4 times a day. Very cooperative and friendly staff. Breakfast is a bit expensive and rooms were kind of small. However, I would definitely recommend it and stay again during my next trip to Rome.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH h10 ROMA CITTA. THIS WAS THE BEST HOTEL WE STAYED IN ON OUR HOLIDAY IN EUROPE. IT WAS CLASSY, VERY CLEAN AND CONVENIENT TO TE MAIN ATTRACTIONS. mY ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT I WISH WE COULD HAVE HAD ROOM SERVICE DURING THE DAY, AS WE ARRIVED AFTER A LONG JOURNEY AND WE HAD TO GO OUT TO GET FOOD. OTHER THAN THAT A LOVELY STAY.

Hotel is brand new, very clean with nice decoration. I consider it a bargain for the price however the low price is due to the area and surroundings. Bus stop and train stop are 5-10minutes walking time. My only problem was that during my reservation venere wrote free parking but on the final page printed it wrote 18Euro per day. So I called and they told me it is free. However when I checked in they said that the manager had changed his mind and now it costs 12Euro per day... They had a very ironic smile and they refused to acknoledge our phonecall. We asked to talk to the manager and they said he has left and he would comeback 3 days later. After that we asked to cancel our reservation and told them that we would make sure this story was learned, so she phoned the manager which was in his office and they gave the parking for free. Make sure you have all the details of your stay in written next time. Also the parking is not suitable for low sports cars.

Had a great one day stay at H10, and after a five hour journey by train, bus and foot from the Adriatic to Rome, it was simply brilliant to go straight to the pool and relax! Also friendly and competent staff, and a baby cot for our 10 month old son was already in place upon arrival.

EXCELLENT HOTEL, MORE THAN I EXPECTED. FOR SURE I'LL COME BACK AND SUGGEST TO MY FRIENDS. VERY KIND AND HELPFULL STAFF,CLEAN ROOMS,EXCELLENT BEAKFAST,NICE TERRACE WITH POOL AND JACUZZI,NEAR TO BUS STOP (BUS N.170 COMING FROM RAILWAY STATION). ANOTHER TIME VENERE.COM MADE MY STAY UNFORGETABLE!!
