Hotel provided an accessible room at our request. The room was spacious, and well configured for use by the disabled. The room was very clean and quiet, and the staff was very helpful in assisting us with transportation requests.

The lobby is a bit disappointing but the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The bath was a bit small! Breakfast was good. The location is very convenient - just next to the Termini station and the bus station (for tours)though the street it is on is a bit grotty. Overall a decent hotel and I would stay there again.

The location is the most convenient for traveller. But the tap water has a strange smell. The start time of breakfast serving is a little late.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Would definately stay there again. Close to Train Station so easy access to rest of City. Highly recommended.
