Hotel Giardino d'Europa - Rome

My husband and I always stay here the day before we have to get the plane back from Ciampino. It is ideal for us as it is 15 minutes away from the hotel. It is in an ideal location if you have transport. We always rent a car at the aiport so it's perfect for us. The airport is in a peaceful location, even if it is close to the main road leading to the aiport. It has a nice restaurant, lounge area and internet facilities. The rooms are very spacious, and at a very good price. Would recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the airport.

I'll never go there anymore! I asked for a double room (twind beds) and they gave me a queen size bed, very poor breakfast, very difficult find the way to arrive there. Very poor cleaness of the room

The hotel is located in a not so good area. There is nothing to eat around the hotel so once you get there that is it. On Sunday they have a limited menu (prepared lasagna and spaghetti). The breakfast was not good also. The taxi driver had problems locating the hotel from the address. They did have a shuttle to the airport which was free and was timely.

Difficult to find ( wrong address number, even our GPS got puzzled!!!), but nice place to stay for a few days.

Daunting to get to but if you follow instructions precisely OK After coming off Jun 21/22 do not take 1st exit but 2nd. Both go under the bridge. This side road is a one way street so watch out for hotel signs to go down a side road past kitchen and bathroom shop. Meals v. good. Elsewhere a good italian wine bar at Tusculola - Frascati retail park near to IKEA but traffic problems at 7.00 on a saturday night.

Very very difficult access

We choose the hotel because it's close to the airport and the free shuttle offered. When we asked for the shuttle service at 7.30 am they told us we had to take a taxi(20 euro)because the shuttle was only available from 9 to 9. Its a good hotel but to expensive because of its position in the middle of nowhere.And the pool is closed in may.

I drove around all f++++ night looking for this hotel which is located in an Industrial area . I never did find it and ended up sleeping in my car , this hotel tries to pass itself off as a Best Western and it is not , the nearest Best Western is 190 Km. away from there , I even spoke to the manager and he couuldn't give me directions from the Airport , I even had a GPS to help find the place , I hope that nopne else has to spend the night lookinh for this place,

The hotel was very nice. However, there is nothing around the hotel as far as resteraunts or places to go. We booked this hotel because it was close to the Ciampino airport, but we didn't know we would have to take a taxi to get to a resteraunt.

The hotel was very clean, convienently located and excellent value. we had a 4 bed room for our family. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was un unexpected pleasure. bright dining room and well stocked buffet. you will have great difficulty finding the hotel however. either call for their shuttle or get very detailed directions first. mapquest was useless. would recommend it highly, however

Good hotel and value for money. We found the hotel very difficult to find at night and needed better directions and map.

The free hotel shuttle bus collected us from Ciampino airport at 3am without a problem. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The shuttle bus took us to the Metro the next day for an easy journey into the City Centre. Overall we were pleased with the hotel as a fist night stop which was very close to Ciampino airport.

Excellent breakfast! Aircondition and quit!! Not so nice surrondings
