Cheap, plastic flooring throughout; walls in need of paint; tiny 1970s-era TV; no AC; uninspiring breakfast; series of loud noises made sleeping past 6:00am impossible. Only in Rome could this type of facility be rated as three-star.

A little shaby, but good service and excellent location. Good for Rome walkers.

My first stay at giada, picked it due to its proximity to the central station in Rome. Great for an overnight. And price isn't bad considering how low the dollar/euro ratio is today thanks to dubya and co.

Dirty, unfriendly, overpriced for what it was. Cleaning staff had annoying habit of re-packing my suitcase for me - i.e. putting dirty clothes in with clean ones.

Günstige Lage in der Nähe vom Termini Bahnhof. Da haben wir kein Taxi gebraucht. Das Zimmer lag an einem Innenhof, daher für Rom sehr ruhig.

I think i was unlukcy, the photos dont have nothing, but really nothing to do with the real room. old, brooken things, humidity a lot, only the elevator, no stairs access to go inside, but it is rome, not a very good place for nice hotels. Very well located and venere.com service was very good.

What was pictured and what was provided was vastly different. A closet was more spacious than the room I was provided. Food was also very weak.

Pros: 1) Staff are friendly and speak decent enough English 2) Price was reasonable given to its close proximity to the termini (2 and a half blocks) 3) Breakfast is decent, a crossiant, rolls, orange juice and capuccino 4) Rooms are clean, except for the room that I stayed in coming back to catch a flight back to the States. Cons: 1) Walls are paper-thin; you can hear the TV noise and people talking, and worse of all, toilet flushing at night. 2) Not enough heat turned on in the room, makes it kinda cold at night and in the morning.

Whilst the room was spacious and hotel is located only 2-3 min walk from the main Termini Railway Station, I found the hotel staff to be relatively unhelpful almost to the point of being rude. The "continental" breakfast was the worst I ate during my 2 month tour of Europe (very basic and not particularly fresh looking). Also our bathroom had a slightly grotty feel to it, it was fairly spacious but the grout and edges in the shower were a bit mouldy and the drain didn't work properly causing the shower to flood the bathroom on a couple of occasions. The bathroom smelt a bit funny too. I will be staying elsewhere next time in Rome.

My stay at Giada was excellent, but the elevator doesn't work, and my luggage was heavy!!, they provide another 'very small" elevator but sometimes didnt work well.

Good location, rooms are very dark and unwelcoming. Fine for a short stay in Rome, if you just want somewhere to lay your head. Breakfast not recommended.

Definetely, it does not correspond to the photographs, and to a three star hotel.

Our room was quite dusty and musty which set off both of our allergies. A no thrills place but in a good location, close to the Termini.

The room was pretty much your standard European hotel room. Some of the staff were really nice and helpful, others were useless. Bring your own towel.
