Hotel staff unhelpful and a little stupid. Breakfast was the worst in the whole of Italy. Rooms very small, beds very uncomfortable. reasonable walking distance to sites, open 24hrs. Too close to smoking areas.

As it turns out my wallet gets stolen on the very 1st day in Rome in Metro. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The hotel location is very good, well connected by bus service.

Everything involving technology (internet, card swipe, etc.) broken. One staff member overly friendly, which may not be good for a single traveller, particularly a young woman traveller. Got sick after every time I ate the provided breakfast.

Rooms are very small, relatively old facilities, furniture let desirable. It does not pay for the price paid. breakfast is ok, less coffee. staff is very friendly, speaks English fluently. WiFi available. very quiet area. is located close to the means of public transportation, close to downtown. not many shops in the area.

This hotel had a decent breakfast included that was served in this neat little garden. We would spend a few hours there in the afternoon and would be the only people using it. Our room was right near where breakfast is prepared so it was really loud by around 8am. The hotel is in an ok location. It is really safe; however, it is not central. You can walk to Borghese Gardens in about 15-20min but most likely train everywhere else. It's close to the metro (5min walk) which you can take to termini station and then transfer anywhere else. It wasn't too bad though. We only booked 3 nights and chose to spend 6 there.

Spent 2 nights there , left and came back for 2 more nights. First 2 nights although room was small it was very nice. Second 2 nights room was larger but old and dingy. Breakfast was continental but very adequit. Would go back, even though they changed the rate for the second 2 nights without telling us. the location was great, could walk to all the sites in Rome.

We enjoyed the hotel. Great location. The room was small but very welcoming. The bath was new and clean. The breakfasts were great. Noise from the neighboring room was the only problem.

The hotel was perfectly adequate and, for Rome, very good value. Our stay was only spoiled by the surliness of one member of staff and the cleanliness of the room (the discovery of a pair of socks in a dark corner was the clincher). That said, we would probably give it a second chance.

The hotel is close to tram and bus stops, which take you directly to termini and various sightseeing spots. Quite a number of restaraunts around the hotel. A good breakfast to start the day. Overall a good stay.

We arrived the hotel, even though the man at the counter saw us, he didn't even say hello and he was just working with the computer for a while. After waiting for a few minutes, he told us that our room was not booked at all even though we got a confirmation from the Venere.com We actually booked for 3 person but he said we only booked a double room. We were a bit at a loss and everything was really complicated but finally we've got a room for 3 person. We actually saw on the website that there is an airconditioner but he said we had to pay 10 euro per day. But on the following day, there was a remote controle for the air conditioner in our room. We were not for sure if we could use it so we asked him again and he said it is for free. We were really not satisfied with all these complication and the service. But the owner was pretty nice and the lady who prepared breakfast was quite nice. Room was always cleaned up, very small but very tidy and cozy. The location was OK. We had to walk a lot but there is a subway station and we could easily go everywhere. In the end, the hotel was good for the price.

We got very good service from the hotel employees, especially from the manager and the ladies. The only drawback we experienced was the size of the room - no place for the suitcase, and no place to relax besides the bed. Others complained that the shower was hooked to the door and that the whole bathroom was wet after a shower. But overall, all 8 of us were satisfied with the hotel. Its situation was perfect with the quiet neighborhood and nice service from the personnel. From our point of view it is expensive relative to the standard, but acceptable.
