Very very very dissapointed!!!! Did not have the a big expectation on a 2 star hotel but this hotel was not even worth 1 star. Upon arrival, we are offered a tiny room that is dirty and with NO BATH. The reservation was with private bath and what we got was a faucet on top of the toilet. To use it, you almost have to sit on the toilet with water coming down washing yourself along with the whole toliet cover with water. With your feet touching the toliet and the bare floor, it better off not to shower. There is a timer switch for the light in the washroom to save energy. But with only 2 minute cycle time, you would need two person to operate the washroom. One person actually using it while the other person help resetting the light constantly. Asked reception to change the room, they advise there is no other room as the hotel was over booked and the person was unfriendly. The room was dirty with little ants. The area surrounding was unsafe, upon walking out of the lobby, got bothered by a drunk person. There are also many people who are drunk around the hotel. If it wasn't that being at night, I would have changed to a different hotel. It was the worst hotel expereince I ever had. The pictures from the website is not even close to the actual room we had.

Very convenient near Termini - roadworks nearly make access slightly difficult. Good breakfast - helpful staff.

The Ferrari is a very basic hotel, clean, but not overly comforting. If you just need a bed for the night that’s close to the train station, it’ll suffice. The staff were polite and helpful and looked after our bags after we’d checked out. It’s quite a noisy place to stay, and very limited.

We were a family of 5 so we booked 1 double & 1 triple room. We found the place quite easily being very close to the main railway station. Rooms were good, clean, spacious. Breakfast was good but could include eggs/cheese/cold meats as not everyone likes butter & jam. However they had quite a variety of beverages. Staff were very helpful. The only thing that put me off was the fact that there was a lot of scary looking youth in the vicinity of the hotel.

Hotel Ferrari, Room 406, was all you could want. Clean, comfortable, good bathroom, secure, no noisier than any city hotel and well located for all tourist sites. Walked to most and metro just around corner if you need it. Surrounding area a little run down but not threatening as some reviews suggested. Rome, what can you say! Unbelievable! Vatican City, St Peter's, Colloseum, Pantheon, etc. You could spend a lifetime in Rome and still not see everything. Ferrari, thanks for a memorable stay in your hotel.

the hotel was really near to the Roma Termini station! This location was mervelous! In comparison with the other hotels near station, the price was actually low and convenient. Taking a train from Fiumicino airport to Termini station, the vicinancy was for me was incredibily fine, also to take a train on the successive day. I had a perfect stay there...thanks!

you can't open the window while you sleep as the noise is "unforgettable". If you want to close the window and open the vantilatior in toilet while you sleep.... well... the electricity is designed to turn off automatically after 20 mins. Besides, there is no any room service at all even changing the towels in the next day, but you can request by yourself anyway. I think the only reason for us to choose the hotel is the proximity to the central station as well as the relative cheaper rate.

The surroundings are experiencing a worsening with a lot of African people living in the same building, rather its good situation near Termini.

This hotel was truly great for the price. Granted, it's not a luxurious experience, but the proprietors did everything they could to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were always cleaned well and the beds were comfortable. Breakfasts are also decent. A word to the wise--none of the proprietors speak English, but they do speak fluent French, which I found to be the only thing that saved me. I stayed in a room of four people, and there was enough room for all of us. The area is a bit seedy, but it is convenient to Termini which is great for coming in from the airport, as well as getting around town by subway or bus. a couple internet cafes are also very convenient. overall, a great choice for hotel.

Myself and 3 friends recently spent 4 nights (1 extra night on top of booking) at the Hotel Ferrari in Rome. I can honestly say that I was appalled at the quality of this accommodation. Never in all my travels have I stayed in a 2 star hotel that was of such bad quality at such a cost. The hotel is absolutely nothing like the description/pictures posted on your website and was located in a ghetto area where we were harassed several times outside. From the minute we arrived it was a disaster. First off we were put into a double room, I very clearly booked a quadruple room. We were then transferred to a quadruple room which had a toilet that didn't work (as a result the room smelt awful) and had a shower head that was positioned over the toilet bowl (surely not acceptable health standards). Finally after kicking up much fuss we were moved to yet another room which was definitely a step up from the previous one but was still not a decent standard. Not only did the we only have hot water in the mornings (something which they couldn't explain) but the walls were disgustingly dirty and had several obscenities written on them and scrapped into the head board. The entire hotel smelt heavily of smoke which seeped in to all the rooms. Due to it being New Years we were unable to find alternate accommodation and unfortunately we had to stay an extra night. They were even reluctant to let me pay with a credit card, even though your website clearly stated I could. I used your website because it was recommended to me but will pass on using it again because I will never be sure that what is written in your hotel descriptions is truthful.

This is a very odd situation. The reservation was for the Ferrari which is on the 4th floor of this building. There is a different hotel name for each floor. When I rang the bell at reception, a vintercom voice said go to the 5th floor which is the Concorde hotel. My room was with them but they did not want to include breakfast as specified on the reservation but he finally relented. The next morning, when i asked where was breakfast, another clerk took me down to the street and over two blocks to a cafe where I got a plastic roll in a plastic package and half a coffee, very poorly done. I expect that a reservation for B&B at a specific hotel will be exactly that, not all these substitions. The room itself was fine, by the way

Good location, prices too high but that was due to Christmas season - normally lower. Major draw back was turned off central heating after midnight and during all morning - even Rome can get a bit cold in December. Rooms, services according to what you should expect in Rome for the (normally lower) price.

Very warm and efficient management. One feels at home. Very safe hotel. Excellent location: one block for Termini, all buses and metro go there. (Noisy street, though, but not during the night). Very good relation quality/price relationship for Rome
