Hotel is staffed all hours. There is a computer available free of charge. Hotel is very close to Termini train station and Metro and many city buses. Incidentally, there are now two bus lines running to the airport at half the price of the train.

The hotel staff are warm and hospitable. They personally accompany you to the room and ensure you are comfortable. The hotel surroundings are not so welcome. But the property is situated closed to the Train Terminus. The overall stay was comfortable and good.

Hotel near the Termini railway station. Staff really nice, available. Clean impeccable. Arrange a place where breakfast, because the hotel does not provide meals. Only small flat: noise. Overall, hotel to recommend!

don't stay here, cressey is the same and 3 times as cheap. this place is hard to find if you don't know exactially know where to leave the station at, otherwise you end up walking around for 45 minuets to find it. i was quoted as a single room for 75,they said they had none so they said they wouuld give me a room with 1 other shared room for 60 euros. when i got there there were three other rooms with me. bunch of crap. the location of where you check in is not the same as your hotel, the web said i could check in at 11, got there and they said 1pm went back and they said 2pm, went back and they said 3pm, i complained and they went and spent 5 minuets to clean my room and gave it to me. the web said i could pay with credit card, had to pay in cash. this place is an oxy-moron. anything that they tell you is a bunch of crap and will not happen the way they say it will. do not go here. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

We were booked in the room on the 4th floor which was rather difficult as the elevator was small and the staircase was small and we had 2 big luggages. The location as next to the main train station was great. However, witnessing a pick pocket right before us nearby the hotel area was not a good impression.

The single room I had was quite noisy, because it was located next to the entrance of the hotel. All night people could go in and out. The hotel owners and other employees were kind and helpfull.

Price inconsistencies are not part of the culture in the United States and this hotel will charge as much as they can get if they can get away with it. The DID NOT honor the discounts printed in the Rick Steves book.

it Fenicia is a very good hotel. It is renovated with new windows, laminaat on the floor, a nice new bathroom, its not large but everything is in it. The only negative thing for us was that we have to pay with money in stead of a creditcard wat was told us on the webside. We have had a good time in Fenicia.

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was very nice, newly refurbished and airconditioned, a plus in Rome during the hot weather. This area is near the train station and although we did not feel it was unsafe, it is not attractive. There are many resturants in the area that were inexpensive and very good. I would stay there again, great price.
