The rooms we were book were not available! Our children had the room number 12 which was a big mistake, because the room was direct to the reception and its moldy. We had room number 2, its located at the end of the hallway. The first night was horrible at around 3 AM the hall was full with people who want to check in and it was incredibly loud. The second night the same plus there was a woman who kept pressing the bell and cried. The third and fourth nights basically the same VERY LOUD! Our breakfast were just a Cappucino and croissant and at the third day we didn't even get the breakfast voucher! Next time if we go to Rome we will take another hotel even if it cost us more.

Nice stay. Sympathetic staff. The only thing I would do differently is not ordering breakfast. It consists of tickets for nearby bar,for just coffee and croissant.

Considering the location (in the centre and close to the Metro) the place offers very cheap price. The room was too small and dark; Bed linens were dirty; Breakfast was only one oily croissant and coffee in a bar called Spinelli outside the hotel where staff were rude. So it's better to have breakfast at some other place or buy something from the supermarket, which we did; The place was noisy; From our room we could hear some clients complaining about the hotel's services; And there was no fridge and hairdryer. In conclusion, the place is good for one-night travelers only. Not a good place for people who want to spend their honeymoon and for people who demand on good service.

Clean room. It will be better if the hotel asks all guests to smoke outside the building.

The room was very clean. Our room had a double plus 2 single beds which made it very cramped.Felt very secure as the Hotel was always locked. A little noisy early of a morning as there is a market just below. Only 4 blocks from train station,& restaurants close by. Would recommend for all ages.

For this money this you get. the two advantages: cheap and 2 minutes walk to Termini. if you go to Rome and need only a room where you can sleep and no more, this is perfect choice. negative: the stuff almost never there, there is a phone out of the entrance, if you are lucky someone answers. The air condition is for extra 10 eur/day what they didn't mention but hanged on the wall. on the 5th floor but there is elevator. alltogether I would use this room again.

1. it would have been nice if there was a person at the reception instead of communicating through intercom. perhaps there should also be an intercom within the hotel premises instead of going out to communicate. 2. keys should be checked if these work. key to entrance door was not working and it took a day before it can be replaced. 3. we were asked to pay cash when the advertisement said we can pay by credit. reason given was that some credit card machine has not been installed.

You get what you pay - nothing less, nothing more. Room was clean and quiet. Staff is not presented (you need to communicate through the voice communicator), neverthless all problems were solved quite fast. Overall, if you are looking for cheap hotel very near to the main station of Roma (Termini), this is good choice.

We were expecting a low budget hotel, from the descriptions on the internet. We had a pleasant surprise! Although the room was not big (but who would expect that for this price in a big european city?) it was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, nice atmosphere. Staff is not continuously present at the reception (or in the hotel), but always arrived quickly. Good quality for this price.

I have to admit I was fully surprised about the interior of the hotel. Spacious rooms, great cleanliness. Very nice and helpful staff. Great values for the money you pay! Don't hesitate, just book your room at Eurorooms!:-D

the room is so small and has bad smell, everything you have to DIY, the only nice thing for this hotel is the bed. I rather to pay 10 Euro more for a better hotel on my next visit to Roma.

We had to wait behind the door of the apartment, divided in several anonymous rooms, until somebody came from another floor. It was difficult to get a check after the payment. The building is in very poor condition, although the location is in a good street not far from Termini railway station. No breakfast included.

The hotel is four blocks away from the station, there are good and cheap restaurants nearby. The room was clean, spacious and not so noisy. Breakfast was not included but there are cafes nearby where you can have a good breakfast for less tha 5 euros per person. The price of the room is more expensive than a comparable hotel elsewhere in Italy, but Rome is more expensive (so they say). I would recommend it for a short stay.

We were in Rome as a transit city, just for 1 night, so the main point was to be in a hotel near railway station. The Eurorooms was exactly we need: 5 min from Roma termini, easy to find, a lot of restaurants which were opened even late night (we arrived at 10pm). There was nobody on the reception but when we rang the bell, the guy appeared immediately. We spent a few minutes on registration and payment, and I was left in the Euroroom (I had single), and my colleague was moved to the hotel on the opposite side of the street (he booked double room for single use). My room was not single at all: there were 4 beds and it was very big for me alone, the bathroom was clean and OK. There was wi-fi internet and I was given the password, but my colleague in the bigger room in the neighbor hotel had not internet. Anyway, everything was fast and professional. To stay there for couple of day - is a perfect idea. If smb prefers not hostel-like hotel, then he has to pay more. As for me I got exactly what I expected!

The owner was kind. Safety and good location. Cleanriness was not good. I guess they didn't clean the floor(under the bed or something)and the bathroom well.

Fabio was the only person managing couple of properties in the building. He is a nice person but was spreading himself too thin. Hotel does not provide iron (for clothes) and TV was too small (13 inches).
