OK for the price. (50 euro a night) Basic and dated, but very clean. (If you are expecting an american four star standard, you will get dissapointed) You pay for the very central location. 5 min walk from the termini, buss station and tube station, but in a quiet street. You save money on not having to take taxis to and from the hotel, but can walk everywhere. I did not eat at the hotel, but I recomend the local bakery on the right corner of the hotel. Fresh and jummy sandwiches and pasteries, half price to what you have to pay in turist areas of the city. So I bought a packed lunch with me from the bakery too.

The Internet is charged at 5 Euros per hour !!! (two months ago it was included in the room price) The room was located under the street level so it was not possible to open the windows and there was only artificial light. The rooms are tiny. They asked to pay the room in advance with the excuse to accelerate the checkout procedures.

Very basic hotel, but very clean and perfect location if you want to visit everything...you can reach the main attractions by foot(if you like to walk) or by bus or metro. Basic breakfast but enough food.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Termini and restaurants. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The room has just the right size, however, the shower in the single room was very small. It seemed the phone did not work well, but the employees guaranteed to wake me up personally knocking on my door. It would be nice to have internet in the room, but the free wireless access available in the ground floor was pretty good.

At €68 for a double room, remarkable value. Literally two or three minutes walk from the station, very quiet area, spotlessly clean, very welcoming staff, even including a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Rooms are small, but who spends time in their hotel room in Rome? Very highly recommended especially if you need proximity to the station.

I stayed in this hotel last May 2009 and I would say it is worth every cent I paid. The hotel location is very strategic, very close to the main train station ( around 2 blocks only), but very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

A nice central, clean, quiet hotel with good service and with spacious rooms very close to Termini station, the busstation and the stop for the hop on hop off-buses and the post office. Also only a 15 min walk to Colosseum. Nice, fresh, simple and complete breakfast that keeps you going on a good while. The street outside is very quiet and without traffic or pubs/restaurants wich was nice. There is a mini-shop next to the hotel where you can buy wather etc and 2-3 internetcafées close to the hotel. The hotel doesn´t have any computers. I recommend the pizzaslizes at Pizzeria Del Socolo just around the corner.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. They gave me for the first night a room at downstairs, very small, the window from the bathroom comunicate with the hotel lobby and the window from the room comunicate with another lobby of the hotel. In few words, a very poor room for a 3 stars hotel. I talked to the staff and for the rest of my stay there, they gave me another room at the second floor, much bigger and with exterior window. Breakfast was the same every morning, but was ok. The position of the hotel was very good, close to Termini train station and bus station. I payed 63 euros/night/room and I think it was a very good price. The conditions in this hotel are exactly for the money payed (if you want confort you can pay 150 euros/night/room and you'll have the whole confort) They have a very friendly staff and they know the Rome very good. They can say you where to go in Rome and with what. In conclusion a quite good hotel to stay for short time in Rome.

The hotel was very near the termini station ( 5 minutes walking)and you can visit by walk a lot of places. The room could have been cleaner but the room was big enough and very quiet. The breakfast was ok and the employees helped us always.

Prior to travelling, we had some concerns over the Termini Station area, as had read it could be fairly rough. Thankfully, this was not a problem at all for us and the hotel was in an excellent location - just 5 minutes walk (max) to the train station where we used the Metro to get around the city in no time. Hotel was fine - fairly basic (as we expected) and it was clean. One of the the guys at reception could have been a bit friendlier but overall I would recommend this hotel.

This was our first visit to Rome we therefore have nothing to compare this hotel to. Having said that, the hotel was clean, quiet, the staff friendly and the location excellent. On the downside, breakfast was dissapointing and the hotel a little overpriced.

Facility was very clean. But room was terrible in comparison to what was displayed on the website, the price was too high for the quality and size of the room and there was no tea/coffe making facility which you would expect in most hotels at present.
