Hotel Euro Quiris - Rome

Near the Termini station, very helpfull staff. But unfortunately a lot of noice from the street.

No one was there when arriving, another english travaler helped us call the staff. Even the invoice was not provided initiately, need to demand. Use of air-condition not included in the price, 10 euros per night, and not presented in the invoice. The air-conditioner was self stoped every 30 minutes the first night when we slept !!!

We are a group of 3, and we stay in a room with private bathroom. The room was really clean, and the staff (or perhaps the owner) is friendly, and he do give us useful information when we check in the hotel, especially the map and some tourist spot. The location is convenient, where it is just 2 street distance from the railway station, downstair already has the restaurant. The only weakness is, surrounding has many foreigner, but if you looking for convenient and reasonable price, this will of course come in first choice.

Excellent budget Hotel, 4 or 5 mins from Station Termini, Metro & Buses. This makes travelling around Rome on foot or by public transport very easy. The building itself looks grubby and inside the front door is not inspiring either ... DO NOT be put off by this! The reception area on the 3rd floor can be reached by stairs or the lift. The lift is very small but is quite speedy. You will be asked to pay in cash (this is normal, most if not all Hotels there operate this way.)and your passport will be retained until they have the money (again, normal practice. Don't be alarmed by this). The rooms are cleaned daily, the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water AND water pressure in the shower (believe me, water pressure is NOT guaranteed in some of the Hotels in this area!) I will definitely stay here again, when I'm next in Rome. If you like Chinese food, there is an excellent Chinese restaurant 2 mins away .. turn right when you leave the building, take the 1st road on the left, then the 1st right. Restaurant is 20 meters along on the left hand side :)

Euro quiris is a nice and safe place for single traveller although it had no aircon. It located on the 3rd floor near the termini station station, 1 block away (5-10 min walk) from via marsala where terravision, bus shuttle to airport, based. It has lift that only fit for 1 person carrying 1 big bag. My problem was I had to check out at 4am. The lift was off so I have to drag my heavy luggage downward. Hence considering the price and location it still recommended as long as you don't check in/ check out at midnight or early morning like I did.

stayed for 1 night august 2011. Needed hotel close to termini station - location ideal. I had checked other reviews so expected entrance to building to be a bit grotty, but once we had successfully negotiated ancient and tiny lift (max 1 person with luggage!)and reached hotel reception, things improved no end.Receptionist very friendly and helpfil, room very clean and comfortable(a little small but perfectly adequate for a short stay) and bathroom spotlessly clean with good shower. I would definately recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget.
