There is no lift and is very inconvenient luggage up and down the stairs. Good position compared to the metro, however, do not choose again

We arrived early from the Rome Airport and were allowed to stow our luggage near the desk because our room was not ready. However, there was no lobby and no place to sit and wait. We had to take a walk on a hot day and go to the nearby grocery store to stay cool. We requested a double room but were given a triple, which really enlarged our space. Otherwise, the room would have been tiny. We saw one of the doubles and you could hardly turn around in it. The room was very clean but the toilet seat was missing a bolt and it slid around. We were generally satisfied with the location. The metro is a few blocks away, but not exceedingly close. The neighborhood was safe but nothing more. The breakfast was adequate but not special. We were not surprised because of the previous reviews and don't regret staying here. We would probably try it again if we were in Rome.
