Beautiful, clean hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable. All amenities were available. The terrace off our room was huge, with lounge chairs and comfortable wicker furniture--wish we had been there longer so we could have made more use of it! Breakfast was very good and ready early. Transport to the airport was arranged for and timely.

The rooms were very clean and in great condition, very close to the Metro (allowing rapid access to many sights), easy walking distance of Vatican City. Looks like all of the rooms have a small private balcony, which was great for relaxing on at the end of a long day of walking! Best feature was the front desk staff, friendly, outgoing and simply fantastic restaurant tips.

The rooms are very comfortable, clean and nice. The surrounding is also very quiet and peaceful. If only the subway station is closer to the hotel; it is currently a 15-minute walk to Lepanto. The breakfast is good as the hotel serves up scrambled eggs apart from the usual cereal and breads for the guests.

Good hotel, nothing extraordinary but a pretty good deal considering the outrageous prices of hotels in rome. About 10-15mins walk away from Piazza del Popolo and the rest of the centre.

We were really pleased with this hotel. The pictures on the website of the rooms are very accurate. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast was fantastic, a really good start for the day. The location of the hotel is the only possible downside, it is approx 20 minutes walk to all of the major attractions, however the price of the hotel reflects this. We would definatley stay here again and plan to return later in the year with our children.

Hotel appears recently refurbished. Staff were polite but not always very helpful. Compared with other 4 star hotels in Rome, I found the quality/price very good.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are nice, but the it lacks "character" and it is located a bit to fare away from the sits. Most of the rooms have a balcony witch is nice. We were a family group that had booked 4 rooms, but only one of the rooms we were given had a balcony. Our stay was for 4 nights in Mai with very nice temperature (20-27C) and weather, it was very disappointing then to find that the announced roof terrace was closed except for the period between June and August, and that all meals was served in the basement. Never the less ROME is a breathtaking City, and we will come back Regards Petter Lilleskog (Norway)

Nice hotel. Only stayed for one night. Word of warning...don't try to walk from the Termini, it's a long way. Take the metro. Hotel held our luggage while we waited for room to be ready.

It has been a great stay, I'd have to say. The rooms were great and it was ready when we got there. After our long drive from Sicily, we were exhausted. And the lack of direction to exactly were the hotel was from the G.R.A. didn't help at all. Since I spoke very little Italian, calling in for directions didn't help much either. Took us about a couple of hours to find. Maybe they can add specific directions from at least the G.R.A. besides having the map. The map directions look easy until you get there by car. If you're walking or you're taking a cab, the experience could be different. Lastly, missed the comforts of lodges- i.e. microwaves, flat irons, etc. Don't have any way to heat up baby's milk and no way to iron up wrinkled up clothes. Overall, it was a place to get some much deserved ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzz's after a 12 hour drive.

Fine hotel, but a lot of noise at night because the hotel is set on one of the main roads of Rome along the river. Trafic all day long. Because of the noise, we couldn't open the windows and the airco doesn't work in November. Hence, the room was very warm. It's a long walk to the city center, but its easy to get to the Spanish Steps and the Vaticaan. Breakfast is fine, but why do they let the croissants burn and serve them to us? In a street behind the hotel there is a supermarket. Get your minibar stuff there! Next time, I would choose a hotel closer to the city centre so that you can go to your room during lunch if you want. Rik, from Holland.

Very good and relaxing beds. Earplugs might help during the sleep because especially during night cars tend to go faster and therefore cause more noise.

Good sized rooms. Exceptional cleanliness and comfort. Very good breakfast. Sole complaint is location--long walk to metro or 5-10Euro cab ride to center. I would stay again!!
