Hotel Cristina's - Rome

We selected this hotel at the last minute and were delighted. It was by far the most elegant and best value we have ever had in the Termini district.Too often Italian hotel rooms are bare and utilitarian, this one was spectacularly decorated.It was an easy walk with bags from the Termini, and at night still looked safe enough. We would stay there again.

Es un hotel modesto pero muy confortable y provee servicios que otros hoteles de mayor categoría no tienen, por ejemplo internet por WiFi gratis entre las 9 de la mañana y las 10 de la noche. Muy recomendable.

Good: Clean, 5 min from Termini, cheap, aircon (vital in summer), own keys mean you can come and go as you please, lift to hotel (3rd floor), fridge in room. Bad: Far from most main attractions. 'double' bed was 2 single beds pushed together. 'Breakfast' was only a mass produced packet croissant plus coffee/tea. Linen only changed once in 7 nights stayed. Comments: Can't use free internet past 10pm, only 2 PCs. Shared kettle. Verdict: Would prolly stay again.

Very good location, 5 minute's walk both from metro line B (Castro pretorio)and Termini railway and metro line A station and city bus terminal. Very poor breakfast (a cup of tea and 1 brioche only) served in the room between 8 and 9 only. Triple room and bathroom too small for 3 adults. The single bad was on a balcony "verandato". No shutters so that light entered from early morning. Foreign receptionists inable to give any kind of information about Rome

Hotel reception, common area (only one) and our room and bathroom are just fair, not a charming hotel at all but it's ok for the price, confortable overall and very clean. Breakfast is very poor (one coffe and one croissant.) It's very near from Termini Train Station (5 minutes walk and easy to find.) I forgot my phone at the hotel and they contacted us to get it back. Thanks to the staff.

It´s really close to Termini and metro. Ideal to visiting Rome by public traffic. Good restaurants: Pastarino in Via

Cristina's is around a 5 minute walk from the bus/metro/train station. The area it was in reminded me somewhat of downtown Los Angeles. I didn't feel safe but at the same time didn't feel unsafe. The rooms smelled a little. If you go in the winter time, the heaters are on only during certain times and it is turned off at night. When we asked for extra blankets none were provided. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is located near Roma Termini Train Station. It is very convenient to move around Rome, the subway statation is only one block away. The hotel is basic, no luxuries here, it was clean and offered what we needed: a room with AC and private bathroom. The people at the hotel were friendly.

The woman (dark hair) who welcomed us was very nice and service minded, but the younger woman (blonde) was not that nice when we asked for help. The breakfast was not much, we'd prefere real bread and maybe some juice or fruit.

I don't think they should advertise breakfast included. The breakfast was very inadequate.

A good hotel close to the Termini station in Rome. We had no problems finding it and were very warmly welcomed. It had a slight feeling of a youth hostel at times with lots of young people partying a lot, but it never got too rowdy or unfriendly. Some minor quibbles were that although the room was spotless when we arrived, the cleaning during our stay was somewhat lacking. No doubt that would have been fixed if we had asked, though. Also the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but I'm not sure if this generally is a problem in the hotel or if it's just in the room we stayed in. One could probably find a better hotel in some respects in the price range, but considering the things we find important it is worth the cost. It is centrally located, easy to find, has a nice staff, free internet access etc. All in all a good place to stay.
