We would stay 5 days at the hotel and the first night we had to move to another location because there was no room, to a room without airconditioning. When we finally got a room in the hotel the smell in the shower was HORRIBLE! We were not able to get rid of the smell, and the hotel wouldn´t do anything! In the morning there was always noise in the hotel. And when I asked if it was possible that we would leave one day before, we had to pay half the day. Conclusion: the neighbourhood is very good but I would NOT recomend the hotel.

Location: quiet place near bus/metro stop Rooms: clean, self-controling of air-conditioner, excellent bad and breakfest but low-tech refrigerator and air-eonditioner, poorly separated toilet and bedroom

Most rooms do not have air conditioning so you have to open the windows and hear all the noise from the streets. Breakfast is a joke.

Also zum Schluß.

The Hotel was a good 30 minutes walk (with luggage)from the Metro and the taxis were on strike so I was not impressed when it said on the website that it was close to transport. We later discoved a bus service (310) that was closer to the hotel but there was no mention of this service on the web page. We were 3 in one room (Me and my 2 kids)so there was no extra space. The toilet/bathroom was smaller than a broom cupboard. The shower had just enough space to stand and there was one foot between the toilet and the shower cubicle! You could barely stand as you came out of the shower. The breakfast was ok. The site says free internet - this was one laptop and the internet rarely worked for the days we were there! The site says they have a lift - infact the lift is there only once you climb up one set of stairs which is difficult with 2 suitcases and 2 kids!! No one was there to help. The hotel is situated on the 1st floor of this building. Had I known this, I would not have selected the hotel as travelling with luggage and 2 young kids, I would have preferred something on the ground floor or at least a lift on the ground floor. I subesequently found better hotels near Termini station which were easier to get to although I had to pay 20 Euros more for similar room BUT at least it was a proper hotel with reception on the ground floor and help!

Nice hotel. Rooms too small. The noise of the street nearby is too strong.

The hotel has its own charme. Room No. 8 comes with an enormous balcony but a stinking bath "room". The breakfast is OK and the espresso is pretty good. Rooms facing the street may be quite loud. No. 8 was to the backside. Very simple but OK for a short stay.

I thought the hotel was expensive given the area of town and the quality of room; I was particularly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the slightly dangerous shower. The staff were relatively friendly, and tried to be welcoming.

Low level hotel (probably actual rating is one star rather than two). Price too high for the level of provided quality. Very low quality room facilities.
