Great location, friendly staff, free mini-bar

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, good location, would def recommend it.

Coffee and tea availability in one of the lounges would have been nice. Very central hotel. Could walk to all the major sites. Staff were very nice and very helpful with any queries. Rooftop restaurant was lovely, food was great and cost was competative. Overall a great hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and is conveniently located for sightseeing. The rooms are very clean and the customer service is outstanding. The free beverages in the refrigerator and the cookies in the room were a real plus! All of the staff were always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel I honestly have ever stayed in,every member of the staff were so kind and friendly, breakfast was in another league with the variety!! It happened to be my friends birthday and they supplied a birthday cake and champagne free of charge!! It really was perfect would always always stay here from now on no hesitation would recommend it to anyone and everyone lovely memories and wishing I was back there already!!

Good hotel, plentiful breakfast and staff generally efficient and courteous. A very good bonus is the free mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities in the room, most appreciated after walking for hours round Rome! The beds were really comfy and the rooms spotlessly clean. A minor problem with the sink was spotted by the maid and repaired before we had even thought about reporting it. The only reason I marked staff competence down was the receptionist on departure insisted I hadn't pre-paid. Fortunately I had taken a print-out with us of the payment being taken from my bank 5 months ago.

We arrived in the morning so the room was not ready (although they check to see if they could find one) so they held our luggage and set us free to explre the eternal city. Returning later we quickly checked in and found bags in room, complimentary minibar and free drink in the bar. Recommendations for dinner were well reasoned for our particlar needs. Porter asistance was great!.

This is an excellent choice. The hotel is about 8- 10 minutes walking from the railway station, locating on a main street in the central town, surrounded by many shops. The economy room we got is not very big but quite cosy with a nice and spacious bathroom. Free wifi and free minibar are really an add-up for the value of money. I won't hesitate to recommend any of my friend to stay there.

Most major sites in Rome are within 15-20 minutes walk. The Artemide is on the busy Via Nazionale, but there was no road noise in our room. the hotel is a 10 minute walk to Termini, where buses, Metro, and trains will connect you to anywhere in Rome, or the airport. We had an accessible room which had 2 bathrooms, one specifically configured for the disabled. The staff was very professional and helpful. They were able to arrange Villa Borghese reservations for us. The complimentary mini-bar is a plus, and the breakfast included a wide variety of foods for every taste. We would stay here again.

Good location, accessible to A&B Metro line, attentive, friendly and flexible staffs, excellent quality breakfast buffet, clean, quiet & convenient room, free refill mini-bar is my very first experience in over 20 years' overseas travel! I'll definitely come back.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at in Italy. The value for the money was exceptional. Great location (close to train station and metro) friendly staff, beautiful accomodations, and delicious breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good welcoming and staff. It has been a very nice and comfortable stay.

Location is in a busy shopping street but is very convienent. You can easily walk or take a metro ride to all sites. Take the metro to the Vatican; much cheaper than a cab. I found the bath and the lights difficult to use, but very much appreciated the free mimibar. Staff speak English well and willingly. I paid the extra for the double superior room and I thought it was worth it for the extra space.

Fantastic place to stay - very centrally located, able to walk to virtually all major sites. Hotel staff were all very welcoming and helpful - we will definately use it again.

I was looking for clean comfortable room centrally located in the city equal distance to the major attractions (Ancient Rome, Vatican City, Galleria Borghese, Terminal). This is the perfect hotel and fit my needs to the tee.

Walking distance from train station different kind of rooms some of them are excellent staff very helpful excellent breakfast with capuccinos walking distance to many attractions of the eternal city....

Better than expected as per website information. Much better than usual european hotels. Show better pictures of every area, give more information about breakfeast which is excellent.

Location of the hotel to the sites was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere, except Vatican City (a short taxi ride). The room was small, but we were only there to shower & sleep so that was fine. More importantly the room was very clean, and the a/c worked wonderfully. Very friendly and informative staff. I would recommend this hotel.

The place was great and the staff was very nice. The only complaint I have is that they do not provide an iron and ironing board when requested. This is difficult when you are traveling. They have a service, but it you do not have the time, this is not helpful. The location is grand. Very close to everything.

Artemide was a superbly situated hotel for visting Rome. It was peaceful and relaxed and the staff could not have been more helpful. 15min walk to Trevi fountain, 20 mins to Colosseum. Free mini bar much appreciated after pounding streets of Rome on foot!

The room we got was great - superior double but with a 6ft bed ! Staff very helpful especially after my wallet was stolen on the metro.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Artemide very much. It was within walking distance of Termini train station, restaurants, subway, buses, and many local attractions. Breakfast had many choices. The only inconvenience we had was using the one computer available to hotel guests, but that was only minor when we had to wait our turn.

El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación excelente, con posibilidades de hacer tours desde la misma puerta del hotel. Las habitaciones, algo pequeñas, lo normal en Roma. Eso sí, muy limpias, y el baño espacioso. El desayuno estupendo. Los empleados, especialmente los de recepción, geniales, muy amables. Tienen el detalle de invitarte a una copa de champagne cuando llegas y el minibar es gratis, y lo reponen cada día. Sin duda volveré.

Excellent location - It was an easy walk from the train station and we were able to walk to almost all attractions. Paolo's recommendations on restaurants were superb and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go back there again!

The hotel is on a very convenient location very central and all the places in the city and outside were easily reacheable by public transport. The personnel was friendly and the service was good. There is a large choice of restaurants nearby and generally we had quite nice food. We had a very nice time, and the weather was fantastic

We had a fine stay at Artemide. The room was clean, quiet, and updated. The location was pretty central.

The hotel was fantastic value for money. Very comfortable and clean. The underground station (and main line trains) are only a 5 minute walk away with Colosseum approx 10 min walk. The hotel is in a good, safe area. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room minibar is also FREE!! I will definitely stay here again

Having been presented with a hotel room recommented by Qantas in South Kensington, London, only a fortnignt before, which was nothing like the website presentation or brochure, my wife and I were delighted to be presented with a suite that was above expectations, and priced commensorate with the quality and service provided. I had arranged for three other couples to stay with us in the hotel for just one of the four nights of our stay in Rome. All agreed that the room; the service; and the breakfast, was excellent and wished they could have stayed longer. Must commend Chiara on reception, for firstly attending to the accommodation of our friends, and then pricing and arranging transport for my wife and I, from the airport so late on the night we arrived. This she arranged long before we departed Australia, all by email. 75 Euros was agreed to and well worth the outlay given the time of day; the help with the luggage from customs hall to the hotel door; all in airconditioned luxury while taking in the night lights of Rome. When next in Rome, we will certainly stay at the Hotel Artemides. We have already recommended the Hotel to others here in Perth, Western Australia.

Comfortable and very quiet - this is especially impressive considering that the Artemide is on on the Via Nazionale, which must be one of the noisiest streets in Rome.

Stayed at the Hotel Artemide for 3 nights in August, and would have absolutely no hesitation in staying there again! Excellent hotel, reasonably priced, excellent location (2mins from nearest metro, 10 mins walk to Trevi Fountain, Tour buses depart just down the street, within walking distance of most major attractions, but as the metro/bus was so handy we took public transport to most of them). The hotel is also on a street with a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Free Mini-bar in the room, which was restocked every day! Couldnt fault the hotel at all!

Breakfast could have been better. Air conditioning vents made wall dirty above it. Free minibar! Great local guide books.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable weekend at the Artimede. It was as advertised. We found the accomodations to be very good and the staff excellent. Our only suggestion is that the kitchen staff plan for late eaters in the breakfast room. We found that, if you came for breakfast after 9:00 a.m., may of the items were not available. Otherwise, our stay was great and we will certainly recommend the Hotel Artimede to our friends and associates when they visit Rome.

The hotel was very nice. Our stay however was not good due to the loudness of the street noise. Our room faced Nazionale and it was terribly loud - ALL NIGHT. I would recommend requesting a room in the back of the hotel if you are going to stay here

We loved this hotel. The location is outstanding - within walking distance of everthing, including the train station. The room was spotless and the service was warm and courteous. I would highly recomend this hotel!

The staff at the hotel were very helpful in attending to our needs nothing was a problem. always met with a smile from morning to night by all the staff. Overall our stay was very pleasant. The hotel had a high standard of cleanliness and rooms were attended every day.

Very good hotel, pricey but value for money; only one negative remark: the airco didn't work and although temperatures were cold for the time of the year, for € 270 per night I want to decide myself whether or not I use the airco; breakfast satisfying, staff friendly, room services and cleanliness very good, overall evaluation very okay.

The service was excellent as expected from a 4star hotel. The staff were very polite and professional, and the rooms were immaculate. As someone who does not raise their expectations until I have stayed there, i was was not disappointed. It was so simple booking it on line! I would definitely recommend it.
