Hotel Arcadia - Rome

The air conditioner was out of order. Everything else was OK and the hotel provides a free shuttle service on sunday for going to the underground station ; the breakfast was good.

Very nice price for a hotel in Rome!!! Easy access to public transport.

Very far from the area of interest. It is mandatory to have a car.

It was wonderful staying at Arcadia. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The only problem we had was waiting for the 507 bus to/from hotel to metro during off hours like after 7pm.

The hotel is nice, the room was clean and really well conditioned! Rooms are maybe not well insulated by the noises... Breakfast was a little poor...but overall I'd suggest this hotel for the low price but nice and confy room. Not really indicated if you don't have a car.

Giudizio appena sufficiente Povero nei contenuti nell'aspetto e nella cura anche se era pulito cosa molto importante. stanze e bagno decenti e decorosi ma appena sufficienti. 1 solo comodino non sapevo dove appoggiare occhiali telefono e telecomando, televisione piccola e molto vecchia, riscaldamento spento 1 mattino risveglio al freddo, stanze non isolate acusticamente abbiamo apprezzato la virilità del ns. vicino di stanza. colazione semplice (1 cameriera del mattino poco disponibile). MOLTO LONTANO DAL CENTRO va bene solo se si ha una macchina come noi. Il giudizio nel complesso è positivo relazionato al prezzo degli hotel di roma ma non allo standard internazionale dove si trova di meglio.

Hotel Arcadia is convinient for travelers with a tight budget or large families. The hotel is located 30 to 40 minutes away from downtown Rome. You need to take a bus and the Metro to get to downtown. Rooms were clean and the service was good. I would recommend hotel Arcadia if you are traveling on a budget.

Front desk employees helpfulness and breakfast buffet included were excellent. Room could have been larger for 3 people and 90 Euro per night. Air conditioning not working. No tub. Internet terminal in lobby was broken for 3 days while there. Front desk not familiar with bus schedule and location to leave for airport departure. Front desk did not receive our reservation confirmation from the internet provider. Otherwise we were satisfied.

It's a very nice hotel, perfect for young people! They offer a service of transportation to a restaurant in the night for free. It's a little distant from the centre of Rome, but if you don't care about taking the metro and the bus, it's perfect.

Very competent employees, good value and clean rooms!

La prima cosa che ci ha colpito è stato il fortissimo e sgradevolissimo odore di fumo della stanza, che poi abbiamo identificato provenire dalle coperte e ci ha quindi infastidito per tutta la notte. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era una singola adibita a doppia, quindi il letto era posto a fianco della parete ed aveva un solo comodino. Il problema era la pericolosità dellalampada appesa al poggiatesta, che era posta proprio sopra il cuscino della seconda persona. La colazione è stata piuttosto deludente: cappuccino buono ma cornetti confezionati e succo di frutta di qualità non eccellente. Ci spettavamo di più dalla colazione.

The hotel was very pleasant and met our requirements. We felt that it was a little too far from the centre of Rome, but was well connected by public transport, however it took between 30-45 mins to get into and back from Rome centre by metro and bus. The hotel was of a good standard, simple and clean with a spacious room. The breakfast was a basic cold buffet, but was ok. The staff were very helpful and polite. Just a note if you are arriving late at night from the airport, beware of being ripped off by taxis. We were quoted 50 euros to transfer to the hotel, which is only about 10 mins transfer. We stood our ground and tried different taxis and got it down to 25 Euros. If possible try to find an official taxi with a meter! The taxis appear to be organised, but it seems they work together to over charge you.

Great hotel with great prices. Although it is a bit of a distance from the Center of Rome, the bus stop is right at the hotel, and public transportation is easy to use. The staff was very friendly and curteous. They provided a map and details on things to do/see/ places to eat. Triple rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. I would definitely go back again!

There were no garages just parking, and also no free shuttle as indicated. The breakfast was very limited. Quality price was OK but the transport to the hotel seemed very unsecured.
