Rooms were very hot (air conditioning very poor) and noisy. However, price was good, especially considering very good location

The room was small, and the bathroom was very small, but the price is cheap.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it completely spoiled my business trip to Rome. The room was dirty and so small ( 8 m including bathroom) that there was almost no space even for my two bags. The toilet was broken, no conditioner in the room and it was so hot that I could not sleep at all. It was not safe to open a balcony because it was common for three rooms and everybody was free to enter my room any time. Every morning at 6 a.m. a woman came to the balcony to water flowers and woke me up. I do not want to describe the breakfast because it was absolutely uneatable. And at the end of my stay there the man at the reception pretended that he forgot that I payed with cash for everything right after arrival and tried to make me pay the second time. After a scandal his memory returned to him and I could finally leave. Now I know what I will recommend to my worst enemies - to spend their holidays in this terrible hotel.

I very much enjoyed the location, the quality of interaction with the staff, their help, quality of breakfast. . .The attraction is in the fact that the location is so close to major sites yet with closeness also to Tevere there is a sense of pleasant distance from the liveliness of the city. I strongly recommend it!

The breakfast is not very goog in this kind of hotel. Orange juice is awfull and the bread not really good... And we were really cold in our room and they wer not able to give us another bedcover. they don't have a "bouchon" for our bath.

El edificio es antiguo y no mantenido, la habitacion es DECADENTE, todo muy viejo y sin mantenimiento, NO HOTEL 3*, no merece esa categoria, no regresaria a ese hotel por nada.

Easy to find late at evening when we arrived 7 persons at Rome.We had one tripple and one quadruple room, and they were big and gave good space.(The roofs were wery beautiful!) The rest - old and a bit worne, but quite cosy. Bathrooms absolutly ok. The AC was a big thing standing in the middle of the room. At least it was working!! The most irritating thing was about the terrace! They absolutly not have any terrace says the portier...And yet - one of the two pictures in the "Photo gallery" is the Terrace!! BAD The breakfast ok, not much but ok. Lokation is perfect, walkingdistance to places we wanted to see - Vatican and piazza Navona. Not very nice surroundings, much traffic, noicy. Anyhow I would returne. I liked it, and so did my cids.

Un tugurio. Mi sorprende che il comune abbia rilasciato i permessi data la mancanza totale del rispetto delle normative tecniche. Doveva essere un appartamento trasformato in albergo.

Very good location, within walking distance of Vatican City and Piazza di Spagna. Bus stop just outside the building. Breakfast was ok, helpful staff.

We stayed 2 nights, first night in room 26, which is well below standard of a 3 star. We had to be moved, as the bathroom shower flooded into the bedroom, the room has obviously had this problem before hence the carpet tiles, the reception suggested we throw away the carpet tiles, the room smelt damp. We were moved into room 40 on night 2 which was no comparison. Overall hotel was nice and good location but beaware of the difference in rooms, paying the same rate.

I'm pleased from my stay in the hotel. The only downsize was that the room was facing the busy street and unfortunately garbage collection in Rome si after midnight. Best servise for such an afordable price. Very helpful staff.

We paid for a triple room with minibar, aircon, television and shower. We were put into a double room, had an extra bed shoved in, and only the shower worked. In addition, our door was so old and creaky that it could be forced open and shut even when it was locked, and it opened out into a busy sitting area. No points. To be fair, I'll say that the hotel was quite beautiful, and convenient to just about everywhere in central Rome.

Ara Pacis was ok, i def do not think it was worth the price at all. Location wise it was pretty central. it's about a $15 cab ride to the panthenon and colesseum and a 15 minute walk to vatican. The staff is friendly but i did not like the fact that they went in our room and turned off the AC (that hardly worked)while we were gone. The beds were broken, we barely fit in the shower and my necklace was missing from the room too which was upsetting. The room was quiet but i wouldn't recommend this hotel. We stayed in 5 hotels total from venere.com and this was the only one we wouldn't recomment, the others were fantastic and much cheaper.

Horrible, stinking hotel. No other rooms were, supposedly available but one that we got. When saw it, actually smelled it, wanted to leave, but they would not allow us, as they threatened to charge us for first night. One big BAAAAAD experience!

Stanza nr. 37 molto piccola anche per uso singola. Spazio doccia/bagno appena sufficiente. Stanza nr. 6 molto piccola, pavimento in piastrelle molto usurate. (sarebbe meglio se ricoperte da moquette)

Great location, walking near to Vatican and to ancient Roma. Good breakfast, only small eating tables. Clean bathroom. Garage is 5.minutes walk away and costs 28 euro per day. But we leave car on the street and everything was ok (1 euro/h from 8 to 23).
