The staff is rude and inable to give you any type of information as theh hardly spoek italian and any other language. wifi connection doesn't work. my room was dirty e and there was no no hair dryer inside the bathroom.

The Hotel is comfortable. Staff is very friendly both at reception and cleaning staff. The Hotel is only 10 minutes in local train from the Termini station and so location is good. It is a quiet area. Breakfast is served at the top floor in a nice room with some good views. Suggestions: 1. Shower space should be increased, although bathroom was big enough. 2. The Hotel should also have some English channels (at least news and sports)in the TV. Overall, good stay at the price I paid.

Hotel and room are clean and very well taken care of. Recommended! Lodging like this in Termini area costs twice as much with lesser quality. Surroundings are OK however almost no bars or restaurants within 10 mins walk. Public transport is rather limited but Giardinetti tram (100m from hotel) takes you to Porta Maggiore.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes (by bus) to the train station, and can be reached easily by bus. But the bus is always crowded in Rome. If you have lot of luggage, you may need to take a taxi (costs about 15 euros from the train station). The room and the bathroom were clean. There was also a balcony, which was nice. Breakfast can be improved, but was ok.

I had a room for 1 person, It was really small. The hotel management was very friendly and helpfull. I was surprised I couldnt' buy some glass of beer or wine in the hotel, only non-alcoholic drinks were presented in the room fridge.

First visit to rome.would stay here again.average people.

A pleasant stay. A little way out of the centre of Rome, so quieter. Extremely small lobby for a 3* hotel, but there was an actual computer for general use,which was handy, not just an internet point for your own. Bedroom quite small, en-suite a joke,no room to move. Open shower,so every time you wanted to use it,you had to move everything else out-toilet roll,towels,toilet bag etc-otherwise they'd be drenched. Rather annoying when you're on holiday and staying there for several days,to have to keep moving stuff in and out. Good breakfast on the roof terrace, helpful girl in charge. I'm getting really fed-up with Venere's inaccurate descriptions of hotels: 1. 'surrounded by green areas' I don't call 3 trees in one garden 'surrounded' by green areas. 2. 'beautiful panoramic views' There was certainly a panoramic view from the roof terrace, but if you call almost entirely roof-tops,tv aerials,and railway lines beautiful, I'm afraid I don't. 3. 'is located next to several bus and underground lines' The nearest bus-stop is between 1/4 and 1/2 mile's walk. I don't call that 'next'. It's nowhere near an underground line. What it is close to is one of the overground regional railway lines,where the trains are frequent and like trams have to go over busy road junctions. The station is barely 100 yards down the road. You have to catch this train (10-15 minutes) into Termini (main rail station,bus station,and junction of underground lines),then walk 300 yards uphill into the main Termini station,and then you can catch the underground (metro) to where you want to go. Fair enough if,like me,you want to be out of the centre of Rome, but don't say it's 'next to several underground lines' which is very misleading. The location map for the hotel is very poor,only showing the immediate surroundings,it gives no idea of which area of Rome the hotel's in. Venere really have to do better than that. The staff very friendly and efficient. What is in the photographs is not what I experienced as I feel the photographs showed a bigger spacious accommodation which was not so as the rooms were tiny.

It's far from the city center, but the Termini station is only 15 minutes (without traffic) on the 105 bus, which has a station very close to the hotel. The street can be a little noisy, and the rooms are on the smaller side (approx 10x12 + bathroom), but if you're just looking for a place to crash and don't mind an extra 20 minutes each way on your commute to various sights, it's definitely worth it. It's very clean and there is a decent breakfast spread (cereal, fruit, bread); this is not some shitty hostel. Employees were very friendly. One caution: if you plan to stay out after public transportation stops (I think midnight), then cab fares will eat into your savings. Overall, highly recommended for travelers with budget! Would stay there again.

Extremely disappointed!! we've stayed at hotels from miami to london to istanbul never have we paid so much for so little. no anemities to speak of, attractions and restaurants nowhere nearby, and the communication with staff difficult at best. we will never stay there again, ever. this hotel was overpriced 120 euro (approx. $160) with no pool, no concierge, no bellhop, small room, hot water did not last long, tv was about 30cm (12 in.), no wireless internet and no room service. we would strongly recommend to anyone staying in rome to please find other accomodations.
