This was a great place. We walked in and were quickly greeted by very friendly staff at the desk. We were way way early for the room. They found a room for us at 11:00 am. The room was very well-appointed, very clean, very nice. When it came time for dinner, we stopped by the front desk and got some recommendations. Again, we found very helpful, very friendly staff. He recommended a wonderful restaurant within two minutes walking distance.

This place is about 30-45 bus ride Colosseum. So it was much further then i had imagined. The pics misrepresent this place. It has very unprofessional staff that seems to think that its always social hour and not very nice. I stayed 5 nights and three of those nights the air condition was broken. When we checked in it was broken and they didn't even mention the fact or give us a fan. In turn half the nights I couldn't sleep because of the heat. The only person that was helpful was the overnight manager who was very sweet tome and my friend and sympathetic to the situation. When it came time to checkout no compensation was given for the sleepless nights, no question of how our stay was, worst service.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated well. Lots of help from front desk on taking the bus to Roma centro and other areas. Rooms were clean, and spacious. Free wi-fi in rooms worked well. Great pizza ristorante just down the street with pizza and 2 beers for under 10E. About a block away is the ristorante mediterraneo specializing in seafood and a great wait staff. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Good for a reasonably priced hotel not too far from the down town area. Many bus lines within a block.

The hotel is fine and the staff was nice. The main problem was the fact that they overbooked the hotel and so when I arrived (at december 31 at 20:30) they told me that I am being moved to a neerby hotel. Of course they couldn't find any avialeble taxi at this hour on new-year's eve so I had to walk with my suitcase to the other hotel... When you only stay 3 nights and esspecially on new-year, it's very annoying you have to move hotels back and forth... Of course I've got no compensation for that, they just said that "they are sorry"... THANKS Other than that, the location is far from the center and you have to use public transportation for everything... It's not a big problem, just take it into account... (esspecially when the buses aren't working because of new-year's)
