Very beautiful Hotel with the classical dimensions of the rooms, situated in the celebrated Via Veneto!

Excellent property with reasonable rates for the area. Centrally located for the Via Venetto district. Although the front desk is at times short staffed, overall there is a very competent staff. Rooms were overall clean and pleasant. Being from America, would have appreciated better lighting in the room.

It was a very good experiance. Location was perfect, everything was in a walking distance from the hotel. Nice complimentary breakfast , one free dinner. Room was nice and clean, only bed was a little heard. Good price for 4/5 star hotel in the center of Rome. I would not recommend the hotel's choice of tours which were offered to us. Do not use "Chao di Roma" for the tour around the city. Just catch a bus close to Barberini square. Much better choice.

The hotel is on a lovely street and convenient to many attractions and the subway station. The hotel itself is very nice with nicely decorated public spaces. However, my room was disappointing. The carpet and bedspreads were very outdated, and there was 70s-inspired wood paneling on the walls. The mattress was hard, and worst of all, the sheets were very hard/rough. The bathroom, on the other hand, was very modern and nice - it had obviously been renovated recently.

This hotel was great. Alitalia lost my bags coming from Paris to Rome and they let me keep my room after check out the next day free of charge because my bags had not arrived. When I came home at apprx 3 am in the morning th guy working the front desk re opened the bar so I could have a glass of wine and a bottle of water. The location is great...Walking distance to the Borghese gardens, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza de Venezia. 5 star service and reasonable rates.

This is an American tourist and business hotel, not equivalent to the nearby elegant Italian hotels in which we have stayed. When asked for an excellent Italian restaurant, we were referred to a mediocre trattoria that primarily served American tourists. Rooms are small and poorly furnished.

Though we stayed only one night we found the accomodations clean and comfortable. We had expected the room to be a little larger; however we were satisfied overall. The staff allowed us to occupy the room earlier than the arranged check in time. We will recommend the facility to others.
