First of all, shower is almost dead due to low water pressure. Toilet bowl is very inconvenient. However, room, location & breakfast was okay...

Typical basic Rome hotel of this class but the drains were very smelly (reported) and the curtain was off the rail. Breakfast was basic - rolls, pastries and juice with expresso machine.

We stayed on a double bed room which was quiet, bit small but with bath, they changed seets every other day, had basic but nice breakfast, one minute from Termini station and metro,English speaking desk, 15 minute walk to historical centre.100 euro per night was much but worked out great. I recommend this property..

The staff was very helpful. We arrived in the late evening, and the receptionist- who spoke good English- suggested to pay only in the next morning and rather have a good night sleep at that time of the day. When we asked for help they were very supportive as well. When we were leaving they kept our luggage in a safe place, and when we came back they asked if we wanted to go to the tolilet before collecting our luggage. I don't think many places would do the same.

The location is superb. Very close to the metro. In the middle of the historical part of the city. The Hotel is nice, quite, good service. Polite and welcoming reception. Clean and rather fresh room. Extremely good ration btw value and price. The only sad thing this winter was very cold for Rome, they do not have enougn heating for that. It was rather cold in the room for me.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The location and service of the staff were excellent but the room was not practical for a couple and was very small. The were overhanging electrical wires in the corridor and the breakfast was terrible. We only managed one breakfast as it wasn't even worth going downstairs for. Very poor compared to the website.

The only downside was the lack of air-conditioning in the room. But I guess it costs extra anyway if you want an aircondioned room in Rome, especially when it's so hot during the summer.

For the price, I have no complaints, other than the floors, which are linoleum instead of carpet or wood. The location is great and the people who run the hotel were marvelous. The room I stayed in was perfect for me and a freind I was traveling with because it had two single beds at opposite ends of a long hallway type of room. Guiliano was especially nice and showed me some rooms for a future stay that were nicer and better suited for a couple and I would stay there when I go back with my girlfriend. ( On a personal note, I am hoping to find a girlfreind this year so I can go back to Rome and stay at the Alta Villa)

The room was very adequate. It was not a "lounging" room at all. Only one kitchen-type wood chair to sit on other that the bed. Good location. Friendly staff.

Location is excellent all bus routes and metro lines are near by. Rooms are ok but our room was very small for the price we paid could be better. Overall if you get room for 70.00Euro it is a great deal. Clean hotel and staff is very friendly.

There is no relation between the site, and the room I had. Pretty ghastly, in most respects. Keep looking, there are better hotels in Rome

Our three children slept in a very nice and spacious (triple)room; we had a rather small room. Both rooms were provided with a ceiling-fan which is very welcome as the temperatures are very high in summer. The staff was very kind and helpfull. We enjoyed our stay in this small hotel in the heart of Rome! (Another advantage is that the hotel is situated at a three minutes walk from the central station where all bus- and metrolines come together)

Overall the Hotel was fine with a good location to all sights & attractions. Good food available close by with many bars. Don't use the Safe provided in the room as it isn't as secure as it should be!

More or less OK (as for the price) - the rooms with the window to the street are very noisy.
