Staff = ok, helpfull but not kind. Breakfast = good enough, minute maid capuccino. Cleanliness of room in Domus = poor, lots of dust both inside and in stairs + cigarette ends everywhere. Size room = not sure room nbr but it was the first one in front of the door in Domus, I think 508, very small and very warm despite winter. NOise = we had to sleep with door to terrace opened , then lots of noise from the street + a sort of machine running in terrace all the time. Location = perfect, when in Rome, walking around is the trip. General experience = the thing with having to open 4 doors to come to the room + the small lift + dirty corridors of the building + renovating outside of the building almost ruined our trip ...but we were happy not to have to stay so much in the room anyway.

The neighborhood was charming. We were under the impression we were staying at the Hotel Adriano, but we were placed in an apartment building behind the Hotel Adriano. We had to go up five flights of stairs to the room each time. No elevator. This is not what we thought we were getting. What if we were an elderly couple who couldn't manage stairs? Very deceiving.

Quiet hotel with a perfect location to the old centre of Rome. Breakfast was a disaster. Some of the superior rooms are really not superior compared to the price.

The hotel was nice although the room was small and a bit noisy, the stay was brilliant as the hotel is very central, within walking distance to the main attractions, we never needed to use the metro or bus.. :-)

The hotel is nice and very well located. The new rooms (I think there two kinds of accomodations) are very confortable. The only minor issue concerns the breakfast that is located in a narrow room and is limited in choice.

Excellent hotel and staff. The Adriano was just a short walk to the Pantheon, an amazing building! All of the restaurants around ths Pantheon were excellent with great service and an obviously nice view, great for pictures. The walk to the Vatican is enjoyable on a nice day and almost everything was within walking distance. We taxied to the Coloseum as we were getting late in the day and running out of time. Definitely would stay again!

Because of a clerical error at the hotel one of our 3 rooms had not been reserved. The hotel solved the problem by upgrading us at no extra cost - an acceptable solution.

Adriano had an excellent location for both siteseeing and for the evenings in a quiet road coveniently located close to both the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. The hotel was everything we expected from a hotel of its size with nicely decorated public areas and decent breakfast. Our room was contemorary design, simple and plaesantly decorated with a nice new bathroom. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice reception, beautiful breakfast room... BUT very very small room, poor bathroom with very poor confort; unconfortable bed. Noisy surrounding. Very expensive parking. ANd Employees seemed to be conscious of the poor quality of the hotel and where nice anyway. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

We had a wonderfull time in Rome. We stayed eight days at hotel Adriano; our first visit there. The hotel is placed perfectly, but we are not satisfied at all with the quality of the hotel: We asked for a room suitable for 3 adults, but our son got a bed much smaller and shorter than the two others. The bathroom was not satisfying at all: extremely small, a dirty towel the first day; small, dirty and old shower which caused daily waterflood all over the bathroom. For 275,- Euro per day we do expect much more comfort. We regret very much that we did exept this room and didn`t complain. The hotel is placed just a few minutes from Pantheon, a reason stay there. But we would never again exept such a room for such a price.

We stayed in Rome for 4 nights for holiday and sightseeing. The Hotel Adriano has an excellent location in the historical centre, and everything is within walking distance. Our room (no 128) seemed somewhat dated and could need some upgrading. For €275/night you might expect a working shower and some better cleaning, but all in all it was OK. Other rooms seemed more modern though. Breakfast was OK - note that you can order e.g. cappuccino free of charge. Not a lot of smiles or immediate attention from the reception staff, but they were polite enough. Our room was very quiet, I expect there would be some traffic noise in some rooms, but this is, relatively speaking, a quiet street.

The hotel style is very contemporary. Everything is "Danish Modern" I would have preferred more old character. The neighborhood is charming and close to everything. We had no trouble walking to all the major sites and discovering wonderful community gathering cafes on neighborhood piazzas. The hotel breakfast was okay, not outstanding.

The hotel was great clean, modern and homey. the pictures you see are what you get. concierage very helpful.as for my trip thats another story the trip was plagued with problems from jfk. air france delayed its flight 4 hours because first class had a problem with the phones and internet which they could not fix anyway now i missed my connecting flight in paris and try to find someone to help you. put on an iltalia flight after 3 hours roaming airport in paris.assured me luggage would be on flight, it was not 4 days no clothes if it were not for my son in usa who knows delta manager i would not see my luggage again. everytime i called iltalia they would hang up on me. no speak english or luggage still in paris. after my son got my luggage for me some of my new clothing was stolen. that was the same day we were mugged in the forum by gypsies.found a policeman 20 feet away when i asked for help he just said i,m sorry and shook his head i was dumfounded. but had i read my book about rome i'd of known that italy is plagued with drugs and prostatution in that area stay away or don't walk where there are no crowds. we tried to salvage what was left of our vacation. i was ready to come home. hotel is good if it were not for the hotel we would not had stayed. everything very expensive, our money not worth much.

Hotel Adriano is OK. Maybe the spaciousness of the dubble rooms could better. And the breakfastroom is equiped for only half the capacity of guests I guess. But the location is perfect, people are friendly and its a great place to stay with little children.

Location, Location, Location. This Hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to everything. The coliseum was probible the furthest thing away and it was only a 25 minute walk and everything else is closer than that. When I go back to Rome I will stay there again. The staff was excellent too.

Great Time, friendly and warm staff, beautiful facility. Location was excellent, easy access to major attractions. Breakfast was Primo. Stayed 4 nights. The staff at the front desk (Giovanni and Carlo et al) helped us pull off the surprise of a lifetime. My future son-in-law flew into Rome the day after we arrived to surprise my daughter. (My wife , son, and I, helped with the plan.) He did so by proposing to her at the Trevi Fountain in front of hundreds of people. The Hotel staff helped us secret my future son-in-law into the Hotel so he could clean-up after the long flight, and then directed him to the Trevi. They also helped me make the necessary changes to my reservations so as not to alert my daughter and spoil the suprise. It was a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget. Very nice, remodeled hotel. Public areas beautiful but sterile and lack "life". Breakfast fine. Desk staff very helpful.Halls and doors a bit noisy some nights. Fire detector equipment in most areas not functional! Detectors still covered in original plastic. This was the most disconcerting thing. They need to make one more push to get all the remodeling details done.

We especially enjoyed the location and quiet seclusion of the hotel from the hustle of Rome. The hotel is well situated on a narrow side street in the heart of old Rome and is in reasonable walking distance to a wide range of tourist sites. We never needed a taxi and there is a bus stop nearby. The nearby restaurant variety was excellent. We would stay here again and will recommend this hotel to other tourist. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful in all our requests.

Central location - interesting decor mix of modernism/ antique. Hotel still undergoing renovation. Workers start noisily at 8.00am. No bar in hotel; breakfast room adequate but cramped - tables very close. Food range adequate but not excellent. Staff forgot to clean room one day-door left unlocked. Prompt room cleaning arranged. Excellent location in old city; Close to eateries artound Pantheon; when building works will be nice ; bedrooms quite small but tasteful. Public areas decor interesting. Bathroom door would not stay shut and shower soaked whole bathroom. Good value for money.

Where is the lovely antique fountain that used to make the entrance foyer so special? The check-in desk is now in a corridor, which is cramped and unwelcoming. Building work continues, including hammering at 7am on Friday morning. Fantastic location, but unfortunately the extension works seem to be making the hotel more ordinary whereas it used to have a really special atmosphere.

We were in a top floor, with balcony room and loved it. It was a bit noisy at night but we left the doors to the balcony open so we have no one to blame but ourselves. Location was great, right in the heart of the historic area. Although we only stayed one night on our way home from our two weeks in Italy, I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Excellent breakfast and the atmosphere of the hotel is lovely.
