Hotel ottimo nel rapporto qualità/prezzo. Centro facilmente raggiungibile e zona tranquilla. Consigliato.

We had a good welcome at the hotel. But the room allocated to us in the beginning was not good. The bathroom was not good and the door latch was coming out. But when we requested for the room to be changed, it was taken care and the other room to which we were shifted was good. The room was small but confortable. Its is a nice locality and very close to the train station. The breakfast was very good. We stayed there for 2 nights. Would recommend the hotel for short stays upto 2-3 nights.

The set evening meal at hotel was excellent value - we ate there twice. We had a suite on the first floor which was somewhat noisy - mainly due to the train which runs under the hotel - but peace from about 1am to 6am. Was my partners' birthday whilst there so nice to have a jacousie bath and champagne:) Catch train round the corner from hotel (buy a three day ticket) and get bus 117 or 119 a small walk from station - look at bus map in metro station just outside the train station - a great way to see everywhere. Hotel was nicer than photos, have to say !

Colazione buona.

In a nice residential area near Euclide Station for the train. Lovely suite, with silk wall coverings, old fashioned reception room before bedroom with proper wood tables and cabinets, jacuzzi tub in spacious bathroom. Reception very helpful but absolutely no one hanging out in any of the public areas, no open bar or coffee offered in the evening? Breakfast was generous. Great value for price.

i dont like it, there is not professional people on the reception, and not too much kind... the breakfast! my god! horrible, all food open without any cover, milk, fruit everything, and all people go around it and put the head up on it, at the end i did my breakfast out... in the Bar!

Room were ok, poor breakfast, the next station is not the underground but a little train, less frequent especially in the week end, no intertnet connection.

very good hotel, but too loud from traffic outside. Better windows would help a lot. Perfect location for traveling to the city. Bus and Metro directly accessible.

Zona tranquilla e poco rumorosa. A soli 100 metri dalla stazione della metro.

Although the hotel is on the outskirts of Rome, it is within easy reach. It is possible to reach the hotel by walking, by bus, by train ...

Not a 4 star, not a 3 star, not a 2 star, may earn a 1 star when they clean the dump and replace the beds from the 1920's. I would not wash a dog in the tub that I saw. Find another place asap or just sleep in the train station, which will be almost as comfortable. We said ciao to the ex-cons the next morning and were lucky to get into Casa San Giuseppe, Vocolo Moroni, in Trastevere.

Very short of staff in the reception, no smile, no help, messages lost or undelivered, very disorganised, doesnot match up with the old fashion woodwork and marble appearance. Location not central but the train station round the corner helps. Price is ok cause rooms are very spacious and rather clean.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, in the middle of Rome's poshest area, a five minute walk from the wonderful Villa Borghese park, 50 m. away from the rail that brings you in 10 min. to the Colosseo or anywhere else. The people working there are real nice, the breakfeast great, and the noise from the street is absolutely no problem, and even if it were, the wonderful views out of the room windows on P.zza Euclide would make up for it! The price/quality relationship is just incredible!

The facility and services are very nice, but they should upgrade its position on the map so that the customer can find it easier.

Comunque, nell'insieme ho notato molta cortesia e disponibilità. Ci ritornerò volentieri.

zona silenziosa, camere accoglienti. bagni da risistemare un pò. ottimo ricevimento, personale cortesissimo. pulizia buona. sconsigliato agli asmatici ed agli allergici poichè moquettes e tendaggi abbondano nelle stanze.

The receptionists were very inpolite. The telephone was out of order for the entire staying, that is why room service was not available and the receptionist answered "Go and get it yourself" to a direct request for a breakfast. The replenishment of the food for breakfast was poor, half an hour before the end everything finished. I do not recommend this hotel for your staying in Rome.

It was my first time in Rome, and this hotel was just too far outside of the center. I would not stay here again. I had to take a bus or taxi to do everything that I wanted to do.

We had a very good value rooms, helpful staff and good value dining too. The hotel is a little way north of the centre but a rail service runs from Piazza Euclide to Flamminio (one stop). Also bus to Termini outside, but can be slow. Taxi from centre was 10Euros.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, nice rooms and courteous staff. Many of the room services didn't work or were inadequate (i.e. bed had poor springs, one of the two phones didn't work, pay internet service was completely useless, whirlpool jets in the bathtub didn't work and the air conditioning seemed unavailable). Despite all this and not-exactly-central-location, would stay there again. Note: be sure to get a guaranteed price for their 'regular taxi company' on airport trips. We were told 50 euros and he charged us 65 once we got there.

The hotel in itself is correct but the competence of its personnel is very poor and even worrying : I have been robed by someone who used my credit card number to buy things on internet and I'm suspecting someone from the hotel's personnel. I'm really very disappointed and even more being italian myself!!!

Overall a good stay. However, our room was very noisy because of the traffic outside and being a Friday night on our first night we had trouble sleeping! The neighbourhood is nice and there are a couple of restaurants down the road. The urban tube station was next to the hotel and although the ticket office never actually opened it is just a stop from the main lines where you can change trains (buy a ticket) and reach the centre. Breakfast is awful, coffee is bad, bread hard, ditto for pastries. Better to go to their bar and pay for proper coffee!

I stayed for a week in the Ritz Grand Hotel, there was a serious problem with the hot water temperature, I had to take COLD SHOWERS for the first two days, till I demanded the recioption to fix the problem, they did, but over all the water was not hot enough for a proper bath or shower, the other issue is their breakfast, it is OK, nothing special, please note that they save the SAME breakfast everyday, and in that week, they never ofered any Eggs, in General it was OK.

Especially the service provided at breakfast is poor, nobody seemed to notice us sitting at the table without any cups, knifes etc. They were busy with laying tables for lunch, without cleaning the recently used ones from breakfast. Meanwhile they had private conversations. Anyhow, despite it's very loud because of the streets, the hotel itself is quite nice.

You might make a suggestion to travelers that when they get out of the train station if a person say they have a cab that it is a true cab. With numbers on the car. IF it is not a cab to get out and take a real cab.

the first thing was that the taxidrivers at the airport told us that the hotel is not in the center, this was shocking. and it was not really in the center. about 40 minutes to go!? this i did not know outerwhise i would have taken an other hotel. the price of the taxis from the airport are to expensive. is there no cheeper airporttaxi-service like we have in austria for example? we pay € 35,- one way wherever in vienna we want to go.

too expensive (but that´s rome typical); the breakfast was included but not very good (before the ending only plastic forks..etc.unbelieveable!); very good the subway station "euclide" right near the building and it takes 2 stations to the "spanish steps" and not much more to the termini-station. DON´T DRIVE WITH THE TAXI FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL...it´s is unbelieveable expensive !!
