Stayed at Flower garden on 18th September 2013, for two nights with 5 people all together (two rooms). Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were decent with clean beds and clean toilet. The breakfast was very good, with a lady every morning greeting us with a fresh cappuccino and directing us to selection of chocolate and custard filled croissants. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Literally 4 mins walk to termini station and also next to so many Halal restaurants to eat. Check out “Halal termini restaurant” and “Pizza a taglio” which is on 2 via Danielle manin and serves the best Pizza! The only thing negative to say was that for one of the room the toilet lock wasn’t working but that didn’t cause us any problems cos we were a bunch of nice lads.

It's a great little place for the price... breakfast was okay, the room okay... even though they do the usual european two twins next to each other. The shower was ridiculously small and the shower head was broken. You do have to pay for wireless, but it is not the worst deal in town.

Air conditioning not enough, it was at maximum but we and our friends have at least 30 degrees in the rooms! Quietness non-existent. Great staff and good breakfast.

Most noise was made by neighbor room (young people 2 days of 3), no luck for us, and next by the outside clim ventilators (we were on the first level). Otherwise, it would be perfect. We have ask to be at the back side of the hotel and there was no street noise. That was a good thing. Room size and bathroom not very big but enough. Breakfast are not extraordinary but correct. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel near the "Termini" station. Start point to go everywhere. Hotel price hight but it is normal, we are in ROME. To resume, correct Hotel.

The shower cubicle was even for an average person far too small. Rooms are very small, airconditioner did not work, fridge was overheating, extraction fan in the bathroom was ineffective and the breakfast lacked variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would not recommend or stay in this hotel again.

So...I did not found the flower garden :))...the room was very small,it was at the street side ans it was noisy, many cars and buses horning in the morning, the shower was very small, for a big guy it would be dificult , there was only 2 plugs in the room (tv and frigo) and one in the bathroom,no free internet in a 3 stars hotel :(...the bed was very good,i liked it after walking all day,the breakfast was ok....after all I think the price is too big for what they are offering

It was only when I checked in that I realised that they charge you for their wifi, 5 Euros per hour or 10 Euros per 3 hours. In the confirmation email, under HOW TO REACH THE PROPERTY, you are instructed to take the metro to Repubblica from Termini but it's just as close to walk from Termini. The walk is just a couple of blocks.

We where for a weekend stay in Rome. The shuttle bus-stop was only 400 mtr from the hotel. It's a simple hotel but clean and the breakfast was sufficient. The hotel is located on walking distance from the high lights in Rome. We had a quiet room at the back side. The staff was very friendly. I should go again. Real value for money.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at and I can't say that we really had anything to complain about. The staff were amazing and very helpfull. The room was spacious and quiet and the breakfast was probably the best we had during the three weeks stay in Italy. Internet was not included however you can purchase a card with your login info and time limit. The location was great too, it about a ten minute walk to the train station and all the popular sites were within walking distance as well. There was a metro station about two or three blocks away which we only used a couple of times to get to the Vatican and back, so that was very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Excellent location - 5 actual minutes from Termini station. You can easily reach all the sights in Rome. Vatican is a bit away so take the Metro - €1 for 75mins. Buses are also good value. The room we stayed in was small but what do you want !

We stayed in a double bed room. Rest of the things were OK and manageable except the Air Conditioner. If you are going in winters then the Hotel is good but during summers the rooms are hot. We went in Rome in may it was around 35C outside. For that temperature the AC was not at all good.

For the amount of money I paid, it was not worth it. It deserves one star at most. Although the location was not bad as it was close to the termini train station, the hotel itself was located on top of a Chinese restaurant and was too noisy. Not recommended and will not stay there again.

We ended up making two stops in Rome during our 8 week european holiday and stayed both times at this hotel. Although each visit showed some inconsistancies overall it was a pleasant stay. The location next the station means you can arrive and leave your baggage without having to catch any other form of transport and you can easily walk to any of Rome's attractions (also the sightseeing buses stop at the station as well so its easy to make use of these) Better yet there is a scooter hire place right next door with great staff, take their tour to see the best spots and then you'll be comfortable with the mad Roman traffic and ready to head out by yourself. Easily the best way to see Rome. We'll be staying there again, if only for the easy access to the scooters

It's a very good hotel for it's price!!! Good location just 3 minutes from Repubblica Metro station and 5 minutes to Termini Station. As we travelled a lot it's just what we wanted!!! Again 5 minutes to St.Maria Maggiore and 15 minutes to Colosseo! Staff speaks English well nice and attentive to any request! Price policy is quiet flexible rates probably the lowest in the city!

The hotel is very easy to reach from Termini station and really close to the Repubblica underground station as well. It is also easy to walk to places of interest in the city from there. The surroundings aren't great and some streets nearby are a bit dark at night but there are restaurants, bars, a theatre and a cinema nearby so it's not a remote area at all.The members of staff are nice and very helpful, for a short stay this is a very good choice.

Flowe Garden is about 2 blocks away from Roma termini station. The national museum is on the corner and there are plenty of restaurants on the same street and on the surrondings. Short walking distance from some tourist sights and the tour bus is also one block away. The breackfast is fair for the price and quite good. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. There is a phone, frigobar, bathroom, tv in the room. There is only one person that speaks englush in the staff and the other ones just speak italian or japanese. It was not such a problem for me since I've studied it already but for someone that doesn't speak italian at all, I think would be a problem. I would leave in the morning and asked to pay the night before so I wouldn't waste time doing it in the morning and the desk guy just didn't let me. In the morning he was kinda rushing me to leave but overall, everything went fine and I would stay there again
