Good hotel, excepted the spaciousness of the room which are not big enough. The decoration and furnitures were very nice !

Travelled with my husband during the 2011-12 holiday season. Location is ideal and the breakfast buffet is varied and substantial. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating when we asked for a room that was a bit larger than the one originally designated. Not all standard double rooms are the same size so if you like more than a narrow walk space between beds and walls, ask for one of the larger rooms when booking.

Beautiful stay, friendly staff and the location was just amazing !!! I would definitely stay there again whenever in Rome ! Only complaint i would have is the musty smell in some areas (NOT the rooms though) and the size of the 'single' rooms. I had to actually change into a double because the single felt too claustrophobic. Otherwise, it is perfect !!

Very well located in Rome for Turism and shopping. In addition, excellent staff and services provided and quiet and clean rooms. I really recommand this hotel for people who do not like bad surprises.

Loved the location, very close to Trevi Fountain, to shuttle bus stop and main roads, hotel is clean and comfortable, beautifull and spacious room right on the street. Bathroom is also comfortable and pretty and lots of amenities, overall great experience.

This was my first stay at this hotel and was a little dissapointed. We had to change rooms after the first night due to a broken shower though the receptionist was surprised as he assured us it was a superior room (this room also unusually had coverless duvets). However they accomodated our request very competently and we moved to a smaller though in my opinion nicer room (we again had problems with the shower but made do). The breakfast was quite good and the hotel location is excellent being only a few yards from the Trevi Fountain. There was some noise given the location but the soundproofing was very good so it was not as noisey as expected. In all the hotel was of acceptable quality though in my opinion a bit overpriced.

Location of the hotel is really good and we had the Trevi Fountain to ourselves in the morning before the throngs of tourists came. The room was small, but is understandable in the city. It was relatively quiet, given the location on a busy lane. The breakfast we agreed was the nicest we had on our trip.

We were very happy with Boutique Hotel Trevi, and in particular, with the honesty of the person who cleaned our rooms,302 & 303 on Sunday the 10th July as she was good enough to hand to our grandaughter our computer cables & charger, after we'd left it in our room & left the Hotel. The breakfast didn't have anything for a vegetarian or glutien-free, but that I understand,& perhaps, if we'd been down earlier maybe they may have got something for me.I've been to Rome 5 times now, staying in many varied hotels, from Hotel Raphael to self catered flat, to Pensione, & for the most wonderful central position, & great friendly service, we'd stay at this Hotel again. But most of all, we'd like to thank you, ' Venere' for your impeccable service. re the booking etc.

I was a single traveler in Rome for 4 nights. The location was excellent, walking distance to everything and Mardi Gras atmosphere on street (pedestrian only) and around fountain. The hotel staff was courteous and had great suggestions for restaurants in the area that were good value for the money and not overrun by tourists. They also made reservations at the Borghese Gallery (a must) for me before my arrival. There are food shops with fresh cold cuts, breads, liquor, cheeses and other necessaries across from hotel. The room was in the back and very quiet, and not a hint of smoke. It was small but more than adequate for a single (in Rome), as it had storage, a very nice bathroom and was immaculate. The price was terrific for the area and quite a lot cheaper through Venere than the hotel website. The breakfast was not a big smorgasbord but there were more than enough meats, cheeses , baked goods, tomatoes with mozarella, devilled eggs, and strong coffee to get a good start on the day. The orange upholstery in the breakfast room could use replacing. All in all, a great place to stay and I would go back in a heartbeat.

This is a wonderful hotel. I picked this out last summer based on reviews because I wanted to be centrally located and needed a place with space for a family with small children (tough to find in the old part of town) and internet access. I came back for a short business trip just now and still enjoyed the hotel very much. It is a perfect location near the Trevi Fountain and a short walk from the Pantheon, Spanish Steps and Roman ruins. They also have a great breakfast. Our family liked the variety of breads, meats, cheeses, jams, yogurt and pastries. I would stay here again next trip to Rome. The price seemed a bit high directly through their website. I suggest Venere.com or other hotel reservation site to get a better price.

The location of Hotel Boutique Trevi is ideal, next to the Trevi Fountain and walking to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona and decent restaurants like Armando alPantheon. It is a pretty hotel with fantastic oil paintings of ancient Rome and high ceilings. The breakfast is excellent with fresh coffee if you request it and nice pastries and bread, as well as cheeses, caprese, and cold cuts. The young man who welcomed us also arranged a guide for the Vatican and both the arrangements and the guide were excellent. The guide was so good that I would recommend her to anyone interested in Rome and the Vatican. The guide is not cheap but for what you get, a bargain. The hotel I thought was a bargain compared to others in Italy considering its location and quality. Be forewarned, the Trevi Fountain is mobbed day and night, but the noise did not bother us. We usually turned right out of the hotel, to avoid the crowds. Taxis dropping you off cannot reach the hotel but if you know where to direct them, they can reach very close. The hotel calls taxis and waits with you to make sure the taxi comes and you get it. But its central location made it unnecessary to use taxis for the most part. The only drawback to the hotel is that they have a small sitting room only but the rooms were pleasant and spacious so we used our room (a small suite).

Had a 4 day stay in Boutique Hotel Trevi. Nice Clean Hotel, Welcoming staff. Excellent Location fronting onto a small but busy pedestrian only street(mainly tourists), we could hear the runnning water of the Trevi Fountain when our window was open! Lots of cafes, restaurants and even discreet mini supermarket in the immediate area. All major attractions are within walkable distance - Spanish Steps, Pantheon & Piazza Navona within 10 minutes walk. Colesseum about 20 minutes if you dont wander away from the most direct route. If I had to be critical, id say the breakfast was just about adequate, nothing to get excited about, but in my experience thats pretty standard in Italy outside 5 star hotels Would happily recommend this hotel

Good hotel, very close to the Trevi-fountain. The location is good for a tourist stay in Rome. Brekfast buffet OK, but had to wait to get a table (not enough capasity in the breakfast room). Wireless internet worked OK, but too expensive. I would stay here again, because of the location.

A 4 day stay - which was just enough. The hotel is very central to many of the tourist attractions - although pretty quiet. Great location for a huge choice of restaurants. Only 50 yards from the Trevi Fountain. I would stay there again.

This was our first visit to Rome and so we were a bit apprehensive about where to stay. The Boutique Hotel Trevi was just brilliant. You are only 50 metres walk from the actual Trevi Fountain in a busy pedestrian shopping/restaurant area. Note that getting to the hotel may be a little tricky if you are driving yourself!! We used a GPS and still had a few problems, there is a side road where you can pull up and off load baggage 30 metres from the front door but it was a little frustrating until we figured that out. If you are coming by train or taxi then no problems Romes taxi drivers know where they are going!! The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well presented and the staff were always very willing to help in any way they could, even to providing a corkscrew for our wine! and tour advice and booking. Breakfast was ample with a large selection of European and English breakfast choices. For dinner there are many and varied restaurants within a short walk of the hotel front door and with a good price range for all budgets. We would recommend the Trevi to anyone for their stay in Rome, it more than met our expectationsand we would certainly stay here again.

The best thing about staying at Boutique Hotel Trevi is the location! We were able to walk to all of the landmarks in the area: the Colliseum, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum, and of course, the Trevi Fountain! There are numerous piazzas and fine restaurants in the area as well.

I was in Boutique Hotel Trevi for 1 night. I go often in Rome and I have been in so many hotels but this time was different. The receptionist was the most helpful and polite guy I have ever meet in a hotel in rome. He upgraded me in a Junior Suite and he did it with the smile. The room was very good and the breakfast also. The day after a meet the Italian-Egyptian front office manager who arrange a car that brought me to the airport. He was gentle and helpful the same. The location is great. In few minutes by walk you reach everything. The area is full of restaurants, bars and shops. I absolutely suggest this hotel to everybody.

A nice hotel in an excellent location. If the windows are closed, noise is not an issue, but with the windows open the street noise is considerable. The staff was helful and friendly, and breakfast was good. The bellhop carried our luggage to the car one block away. Awesome!

Very central location. Only downside with the location is the hordes of tourist that are around the Trevi Fountain night and day. My room- a single- was small but comfortable and well decorated. It was also very quiet- as it did not face the road. I even slept with window open. Another plus- I think almost all, if not all, of the rooms have a balcony.

We have traveled to Rome a number of times, our stay and the proximity of the hotel were perfect. The staff, especially Riccardo was fantastic and quite helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Our friends who traveled with us this trip were quite impressed by our choice of hotel. In addition, the restaurant Quirino next door was awsome. Thank-you for providing us with a great lodging experience.

Great location for a tourist trip. Cabs can't drive right up to the hotel, so one must walk about 1/2 block. But the location near the Trevi Fountain is great. Business users will find its location less convenient.

The location of this hotel was excellent. Very easy walking distance to many of the "sites" . Easy access to buses and taxis. No bar or meeting area if you are with a group but otherwise it is a great location, very clean. Rooms at the front of the hotel you can hear all of the hustle/bustle on the streets at night which can go until early morning...but thats part of the charm. We were on the 2nd floor so could hear it more than our family that was on 5th floor - but never stopped us from sleeping. I would reccomend this hotel and would stay there again...ask for room 503 ( it is larger than some for the same price) if room size is an issue. As is typical in Europe - the rooms sizes are small and tight quarters. Staff did everything to accommodate luggage and brought us extra luggage racks.

I definitely will stay there again, the location is fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I assume these are still some start-up issues, but there was no brochure or similar with useful telephone numbes, e.g. how to call reception or room service... It would have been nice, if there were glasses in the room (minibar was nicely stocked but no glasses). As for the bathroom, the shower curtain was a bit small (hence some flooding) and the toilet seat didn't quite match the size of the toilet..
