The hotel is so modern and nicely done. Staff was friendly, room was clean, the only disadvantage is the location. If you have a car it's excellent, parking just in front of your hotel room. The room has two doors, one overlooks the garden and parking area and one get's in the hotel hallway. Really nice!

This establishment is the Italian equivalent of an U.S. "motel" without a cafe. It's a place to stay ONLY IF you have a car AND ONLY IF you're on your way to ROME. After taking the Metro, spending 25 euros on cab fare, and having our cabbie tell us (as we drove through green pastures) "This isn't Rome" -- once we reached All Seasons Garden Hotel, we had the hotel clerk call us another cab and immediately spent another 25 euros getting back to civilization! Now, the All Seasons Garden Hotel tells us that they NEVER claimed to be in Rome and want to charge us for canceling our reservation! HA!Surprise for them -- my credit card bill clearly states their location as being in Rome.

Internet didn't work, they couldn't fix it because it was on weekend. A bus filled with students arrived the second day. They drunk and make some noise late at night. The rooms were luxurious and modern, medium sized. You can park the car just in front of your room.

The hotel is great (simple) but too far from Roma (25mn), lost in the suburbs. How to reach the Hotel from Roma: - Metro B to Laurentina (last station - 15mn from Colosseo)) - Bus 44 from Laurentina to the service station (close to the hotel) on the street "Castel di Leva" in Castel di Leva. (duration: 10mn)

Excellent position in the south of Rome zone. Very NICE and NEW and MODERN: the style issimilar at an american Motel. All around nothing to see but near Hotel there is a BUS Stop just to arrive in 20 minuts at the first MM available. Very quite all around. Best place to sleep. Excellent double frigo-bar and LCD television. No other to do...but very useful accomodation to visit Rome spending a correct price without surprices. I and my wife recommend it to all of you.

How to reach All Seasons Garden Hotel

By car
From the Raccordo, take exit 25 Laurentina, proceed towards Fuori Roma, then take via Castel di Leva, the second street on your left. After about 0.5 miles/800 metres, you will find All Seasons Garden Hotel on your right.

By train
From Termini railway station, take underground line B to Laurentina. Get off at Laurentina terminal stop. Then take the bus line 044 (the bus leaves about every 30 minutes), and get off at the eight stop.
